The rooms and decor were lovely. The view of the rice fields was amazing. yoga class was fun. The Japanese owner was kind. But the place just lacks proper management. Our reservation said there was a to.. None. The room we were given was dirty. The reason is the cleaner was at a ceremony? Then we had to beg them to clean our room every 5 days and give us new towels. Guests should have their rooms cleaned every day and be given fresh towels. Then the cleaner tried asking us for more money for towels. It could be a fantastic villa if service management improves.

All the things were perfect, something simple that made us happy. This place is very special. My friend and I stopped by for brunch at the Lotus 8 restaurant. We didn't expect anything special, but we were eager to try the Japanese breakfast menu with 2 onigiri rice, 2 japanese egg rolls, kimono veg potatoes, miso soup, and a cup of japanese tea.

I was at Lotus 8 restaurant for breakfast with a friend. We didn't have high expectations, but we were excited to try the Japanese breakfast with a menu with 2 onigiri rice, 2 japanese egg rolls, kimono vegetable potatoes, miso soup and a cup of japanese tea. Everything was perfect, simple and we were very happy. Arigato.

I and my husband stayed here for a while. There is a cafe with Japanese food and an open can with a beautiful view. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore Japan.

The furnishings and rooms were lovely. The view of the rice fields was breathtaking. a great yoga session. The Japanese owner was friendly. However, the place simply had inadequate management. Our reservation stated that there was one thing. There isn't. There is none. The room we were given was filthy. Perhaps the cleaner was attending a ceremony? Then we had to beg them to clean our room every 5 days and give us new towels. The guests should have their rooms cleaned every day and be given fresh towels. Then, the cleaner tried to ask for extra cash for towels? Could be a beautiful villa if service management improves.

We had previously stayed here and enjoyed our time, so this time, we stayed for a month. We agreed on the price and all included before our stay. They only cleaned the room once a week and did not do a good job at all! Prior to this, it was every day and they didn't let us know that this had changed. There was supposed to be free yoga for guests, but suddenly they decided they weren't anymore and just said oh sorry with no refund. The pool was disgusting, and the kitchen was full of rats, mice and moldy food from visitors and staff. Some of the staff were very rude and horrible. Please do not stay here as they are just in to get money and don't help you at all. There are many more nicer places.

We stayed here with my husband. There is an open shall with a beautiful view and a cafe with Japanese food to chill out after yoga. We highly recommend this place.

We have always stayed here and had a good time so we stayed for a whole month this time. We agreed on the price and it was all included before our stay. They only cleaned the room a week and didn't do anything. Before that was every day and didn't tell us that it had changed. There was supposed to be free yoga for guests but suddenly they decided they don't do it anymore and just said oh sorry and no refund. Pool was disgusting and kitchen full of rats, mouse and moldy food from guest and staff. Some of the staff was completely rude and horrible. Do not stay here as they are just trying to get money and not helping you at all. There are many nicer places.

Moreover, he was extremely friendly, he is a good manager, always has a good atmosphere, and friendly service. As an aside, to me, the breakfast I ate at Lotus 8 restaurant was very delicious. However, I was very surprised and really satisfied, especially the Japanese breakfast menu which also includes kimono veg potato, miso soup, and a cup of japanese tea.

The rooms are beautiful and decor is very attractive. The view of the rice fields is amazing. A fun yoga class. The Japanese owner is kind. But the place simply lacks proper management. Our reservation said there was nothing. The room we were given was filthy. It's possible the cleaner was in a ceremony. After that, we had to beg them to clean our room every 5 days and give us new towels. Guest rooms should be cleaned daily and new towels are provided. Then the cleaner tried to ask us for more money for towels. If service management improves, it could be a great villa.

We really liked our time here, there is an open sea with a beautiful view and a cafe with Japanese food to relax after yoga. I strongly recommend you if you are near Canyou.

If you're looking for a different place to practice yoga in Canyou, don't miss this place. Upstairs, open yoga has a fantastic view of a rice field. It was like practicing with the clouds. They have different yoga classes during the day to choose from as well as workshops. I tried a morning class and it was really good.

I will say that it's an interesting place to try to learn yoga. Upstairs the open yoga has a beautiful view of the rice field. That's like practicing under the clouds. Every day they have different yoga classes and workshops. I tried the morning yoga class and it was very good. If you're searching for a different yoga place in Canyou, don't miss it.
