The villa was amazing, very private, clean, spacious and luxurious. Our own pool and a dining area outside the kitchen. If you have the opportunity, try a more traditional Balinese breakfast or a Western-style breakfast, which was included in our package. The resort driver took us on an island tour, newman was amazing. Explained local customs and pointed out things, and made the day more enjoyable. The delano staff were fantastic, all extremely pleasant and attentive. Angel gave us a mobile and modem for which we were very thankful. We were given a very late checkout on the day we flew home, which really made the final hour of our journey so much more relaxing. I can't recommend Delano enough, they made us very welcome, looked after us, and if we got the chance we would return.

Staying at Delano was the greatest part of our stay in Bali because we previously stayed in Kota. Thomas webber was really helpful in making our initial reservations which we had to change due to work conflicts but everything worked out beautifully. The villas are perfect and serene, the pool was so lovely to dip into whenever you got a little warm sitting outside, and the indoor area was perfectly chilled with the best air conditioning that kept it ideally cool. The assigned decor made the villas a perfect haven and hard to leave for a seminar. The location of Delano was ideal, everything is a short walk away, but Angel and the fantastic people at reception were more than happy to help. The breakfast was delicious, and the dinner we had the opportunity to eat there was absolutely delicious. The driver was a very knowledgeable woman, and he is a terrific asset to Delano. Thank you for a wonderful stay at Delano.

The staff is great when you stay here aside from the dodgy employee who obviously had access to my safe and managed to steal money while I was out. There were many communication barriers and sadly the only manager who was amazing could I say worked odd hours. She was nowhere to be seen at night when I needed help and the other staff couldn't help us at all. The villas were nice but given them a year and they will undoubtedly wear very thin and we went when they were only one year old. Overall what could have been our first amazing trip to Bali turned very sour and almost ruined by the whole experience in Bali. Pre warning keep all money on you at all times. The owner was great, made us feel more at ease at the end of our trip, offering one da extension, clearing our bill free of charge etc. Still, the fact that I felt unsafe in my own room for 5 days. Also, I was graciously offered a one night free stay voucher, not that I would ever go back there.

I decided to stay with Delano because of its excellent location, which mainly served as a celebration of the new year in Bali in 2015. From the bustling streets, it is tucked away from the seminar's main road, providing some quiet and quiet. Excellent location, as it's a 58-minute walk from a biting store. All the many eateries and cafes, including Wrung Cha, are readily accessible from the hotel. Checking and checking out are done in a timely manner. The employees are also friendly and helpful enough. I received a roomy, spacious, two-bedroom villa. Excellent for family and tourists traveling with children. Check out their website to see if the pool is nice, but where I was being put up, I couldn't get the full sun, and pool water can get a bit chilly. It's a lovely place, and the main bedroom in the Villa is large, with a walk-in closet and a huge stone bathtub. The room itself is simple, with a view of the pool and a communal living area, and the space is lovelyly designed. The numerous mosquitoes are the only significant drawbacks! There are no mosquito nets in the bedroom, so it took me a lot of work to get rid of them before retiring at night. The villa can also be used to add more plants and trees.

The space
Villa Mango is a brand new private and luxury villa in Berawa.

It offers 4 bedrooms (which can accommodate 8 guests, +2 extra guests possible for which we would provide extra single beds with additional charge), each equipped with a king sized bed, a flat screen tv, a closet with safety box, and its own private en-suite bathroom (along with the shower; Especially for the en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom, including the bathtub).

The living room is very spacious, and has a fully equipped kitchen which is ideal to cook (or have someone cook for you) any kind of meals!

Its also entirely open onto the luxuriant, tropical garden of the property, where the large private swimming pool (14 x 5m) is located.
Villa Mango is fully staffed, with daily cleaning, and pool & garden maintenance 2/3 times per week.
