Q: What time is the check-in policy? A: We have dedicated staff to help with the check-in process. Our standard check-in time is at 3 pm. However, you are most welcome to drop your luggage after 11 am while we are getting your villa ready. As our staff does not stand by the villa all the time, there will be an additional late-check-in fee applied at IDR 200,000 after 8 pm as compensation for the staff overtime.
