Welcome to your tropical oasis in the heart of Seminyak! This spacious 5-bedroom villa seamlessly blends modern comfort with timeless elegance. Each bedroom features en suite bathrooms, AC, and expansive sliding glass doors, capturing the essence of contemporary tropical design.
The space
Unwind in the plush living space, perfectly positioned to overlook the inviting pool and lush garden. Speaking of the pool, it's the soul of our villa – dive in for a refreshing swim, lounge on sunbeds, or unwind on the wooden deck shaded by swaying palms.
Beyond our sanctuary, Seminyak Beach beckons – just a stone's throw away for your beachside exploration. Embrace the Bali experience as you soak up the sun, relax in the living area, and create lasting memories during your Balinese adventure!
Our manager will assist you with any questions or requests that may come up during your stay. He can also assist with the following: scooter/car rental, transportation, massage, and local knowledge and tours. Please do not hesitate to contact him during your stay.

*The living/common area of this villa is semi-open, which means there is no air conditioning in this area. However, ceiling fans are available for your comfort.
*Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time (bats, lizards, bugs…). All of them are completely harmless and part of local everyday life.

- Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 15:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability. Please note that late check-in after 8 PM is charged IDR 200k. These charges occur for longer staff attendance reasons.
- Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
- A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us. Should the villa be empty, we'll be happy to store them.
- Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
- A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day.
Kindly note that your villa host is reachable through What's app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times.
- Q : Can we have extra clean towels?
- A : For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor.
- Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa?
- A : This villa is for 10 people, but the maximum capacity is for 12 people with existing bed, which means that the 11th and 12th person are counted as extra guests. The extra guest fee would be USD25/night/person from 2 years old.
