Beautiful villa with a central pool to stay at when in bali! The location is close to many convenience stores and the service at the villa is excellent as they provide massage service and daily cleaning.

I went there with my family, and the view of the villa is stunning, with a clear sky and a location close to cafes. When you go there, the host will create a group chat. There are four people beside me in the group chat, and everything went smoothly until checkout day. Check out is at 11 am, we asked for 12 pm. However, housekeeping arrived around 9 am to begin cleaning without telling us. And then the pool guy comes to clean the pool, which is the reason we asked for a late checkout so we can enjoy one last time swimming. Thanks to them, they destroyed it. Its a very bad experience, it feels like they are chased out. Its unprofessional. One last thing, they have a minibar, at first we dont really pay attention to how many drinks are. But when we checked out, the housekeeper said we consumed the beverage. I asked all my family and they said they dont drink it, and they can be bothered to argue about it. Actually, everyday housekeeping comes to do cleaning, it would be nice if the host could let us know beforehand. Basicly, they can enter and exit anytime they want without telling us first. Hope they can improve.
