- Q: What time is the Check-in policy?-A: We have dedicated staff to help with the check in process. Our standard check-in time is at 2:00 pm. However, you are most welcome to drop your luggage after 11:00 am while we are getting your villa ready. As our staff does not stand by the villa all the time, there will be an additional late-check in fee applied at IDR 200k after 8:00 PM as compensation for the staff overtime.

Please note as we don't own the rice fields around the villa, you may experience some farmers passing. As they are working on their land, this is just natural and we can't do anything against it. Take it as an opportunity to see more of the local's life!
Kindly note that rice fields surrounding the property are the main food resources for locals living in the area. This means they may be harvested at different times of the year. The host is not responsible for any surrounding landscape modification out of their scope.
Bali is a humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos & insects are endemic to the Island. Even though gentle pest controls are regularly operated at the property, some encounters may occur. Please note that all of them are completely harmless and important for a balanced ecosystem.
ROAD ACCESS CONDITION
As this villa is new and located on a remote location with jungle and rice field view, the road access is not smooth and perfect. However, the road is still accessible by car only there are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night.
VILLA CLOSE TO THE NATURE AND UBUD LOCAL LIFE
As nature is integral to the villa, during the night, you may hear peaceful noises which come from the insects that inhabit the jungle and rice fields.
