I couldn't have wished for a better villa. Entering the villa I saw the beautiful, clean pool surrounded by a very private well maintained garden. Coming home after a long day out and having a relaxing swim in the pool before dinner was a perfect routine. The host was professional, friendly, punctual when I arrived and departed and assisted with my luggage and any questions or help I needed. The villa itself inside and out has Bali appeal. The bedroom and bed were roomy comfortable and clean. The bathroom had everything I needed... toilet, a good vanity, big bathtub with shower as well as an indoor outdoor shower. I like cooking so having a functional kitchen was a bonus. It was great relaxing on the large verandah in the evening eating a delicious meal overlooking the garden and pool. I was really happy with the convenient location of my villa, close to Ubud's centre, and off the main road so it was very quiet. I didn't expect that along the road to my villa, and in walking distance, were plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from, open all day and into the night. Very pleasant surprise! Bali is a stunning paradise. My villa in Ubud was a good choice. I recommend this accommodation.

We wish we could have stayed longer. Very nice clean place and wayan was very helpful with checking in and out as cars will stop around 10 minutes walk from the property. The place is very clean and the pool is amazing. Highly recommended.

The location offers a perfect escape and is incredibly affordable! We spent six days in ubud, and this was essentially our home base. Its conveniently located near the center of urbud yet far enough away to be tranquil. The owner provided excellent communication via WhatsApp both before and during our stay. Every day, the villa was cleaned, with unlimited fresh, filtered water available. After completing countless hours of exploring, there is an abundance of furniture to unwind - two sunbeds, two chairs outside, one dining table, or two seats inside. Relaxing in the bath is truly calming. We were given dependable bikes for 50,000 per day making exploring simple. A fantastic villa!.

The villa was ideal for us a quiet, peaceful, and in sanitized, safe neighborhood. Wayan was very friendly and assisted us with our luggage both when we arrived and when they left. Daily cleaning and sealed water are provided, as well as welcome drinks. We can see ourselves staying here again. There are many great restaurants, warungs, or scooter rental within ten minutes walk. Also, wayan organized our laundry, which was good value for the money. When we left, our car booked via an app was canceled at the last minute (the one we needed for travel to the airport!). Wayans swiftly arranged for his brother to drive us. Thank you so much!.

Strongly recommended! The stay was fantastic! Wayans house is lovely and incredibly cozy. Everything worked flawlessly, including the excellent bed and shower, full kitchen, and cleanliness. We adored the atmosphere and the garden. Its quite quiet and peaceful because the house sits on a small street about 650 meters from the main road. Wayan is amiable and supportive. Since cars are not permitted, he gave us t transportation with our bags on his motorcycle so we didnt have to walk from or to the major road instead. Although we strolled everywhere, renting opulent scooter is simple. There are many wonderful restaurants nearby, with kelapa being our favorite!.
