Honest no frills basic room offering no more and no less than its description on hotels.com. No lift so access to higher floors a challenge with luggage. Bar and Irish music right next door.

Brilliant hotel in the heart of Dublin, great location to walk to the temple bar area and easy transport routes all around the hotel. The staff were so friendly as soon as we stepped through the door. Helping with early check in and guiding us on where is best to visit around the city. Would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Dublin.

Location worked well for us to attend event at Aviva Stadium. Temple bar was close enough yo walk to. Great pub next to hotel.

Mycket trevligt bemötande av samtlig personal. Särskilt trevligt var det att äta frukost där frukostvärdinnorna och kockarna hade ett härligt bemötande och lagade all frukost på beställning. Suveränt! Synd att det inte fanns några ytor att sitta på utanför det lilla rummet. Hade varit trevligt med ett sällskapsrum.

Nous avons passé une nuit au Celtic Lodge. Nous avions une chambre très calme donnant sur l'impasse a l'arrière. Tout est fait pour limiter le bruit du couloir. Et la moquette est très epaisse et moelleuse. Aussi, l'emplacement est excellent, près de O Connel. La recéptionniste a donné aussi de très bons conseils. Bref, bonne adresse. Le petit dejeuner n'est pas le point fort de cet hotel. Je ne le recommanderai pas.

Service was wonderful - I got great advice re train that if they hadn't asked about my journey I would have likely missed my train. Two really good bars right next door and very short walk to Bussaras or Connelly stations (I had to walk w luggage so it was super convenient). Room was nicely decorated and clean. It's an older hotel so I wasn't sure what to expect but I did really like the decor in my room and it was quiet while I was there. Like I said, the guys at reception were v helpful

Friendly, helpful staff and management. Guesthouse had everything I needed for a one-night stay and is within easy walking distance of the city centre and famous landmarks such as St Patrick's Cathedral, Trinity College and the National Gallery.
