Was perfect for us, my wife and I, and our 4 kids all enjoyed our stay very much. A beautiful property with a great private outdoor space, private jacuzzi, and large shared swimming pool. Kept our kids busy and having fun for many hours. Location is great as well, just a short walk to the start of the boardwalk. Would definitely return.

This hotel is a service apartment. When we arrived for check in , we had to wait for an agent to take us to our flat The apartment was a one bedroom with kitchen, washer and refrigerator. The only thing I don’t like about this apartment was dusty, seems like this room was not clean for awhile . Otherwise it would have been a nice stay ! It’s close to restaurants and the sea.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable and the beautiful swimming pool made it the perfect place for a family. There was plenty of dishes and a dishwasher and a clothes washer too. There was two good size bathrooms with showers in each which was very important for us. The location was outstanding and within walking distance to malls, beach and eating places. the owners were helpful and easy to work with and brought up whatever we needed that was lacking in the apartment. they gave us early check in and late check out. There was also a balcony which was great. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotellet har ett bra läge med närhet till stranden. Tyvärr är det ett bygge precis bredvid med störande ljud, även planen flyger precis över hotellet vid landning( ej på natten) Lägenheten hade egen terass med jacuzzi som var härlig, tyvärr ingen sol där. Det hade även ett extra rum vid terassen, perfekt för tonåringarna. Lägenheten var lite sliten och ofräsch bitvis. Bra kök med en maskin som renade vattnet så du slapp köpa vatten. Behövs uppdateras med köksutrustning. Bara 1 vinglas och ett hopplock med tallrikar, glas och bestick. För det priset vi betalade förväntar man sig mer. Även möblerna på terassen behöver bytas ut. Kall gemensam pool fast trevligt och fräscht poolområde. Nära till en större, enklare affär.

El departamento en general estaba muy bien, no es tan cómodo para 3 porque la tercer persona debe dormir en el sofá que está en la cocina ya que el lving y la cocina están en el mismo espacio.

Goede communicatie en service van de beheerder, die ons 2 uur langer liet verblijven op de uitcheck dag. De locatie staat aangeboden als voor 6 personen. Er zijn echter maar 3 2-persoonsbedden. We kregen beddegoed voor de 7e persoon die dan op de leren bank kon slapen(!). Verder is het een mooi appartement met vaatwasser, wasmachine, airco en een redelijke hoeveelheid keukengerei. Helaas ontbreekt het aan onderhoud, met afgebroken douchekop support en een defekte lamp op het balkon. Omdat alle activiteiten dicht in de buurt zijn, maar je wel op een rustige afstand zit, is het zeker een aan te bevelen lokatie. Wij huren hem zo weer, maar dan voor max 6 personen!

Tolles Appartement mit toller Einrichtung, umfangreicher Küche mit Waschmaschine. Leider keinen Besen o.ä. Der Pool war zu kalt, um ihn zu nutzen. Man ist nicht mitten im Geschehen, aber läuft nur wenige Minuten zur Promenade und zum nächsten Supermarkt. Somit kann man sich auch etwas aus dem Trubel zurückziehen und hat um das Hotel Ruhe. Falls man einen Mietwagen hat, gibt es ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Es gibt eine Rezeption, die 24h besetzt ist, somit war ein-und auschecken problemlos. Das Appartement hat einen eigenen Router und bietet auch Streamingdienste wie Netflix.

This hotel is in an excellent location to the water front. Elan, the owner, was excellent and tended to all of our needs (fresh towels daily, added blankets, recommendations to a local restaurant on the beach, etc) He even gave us a late checkout of 2100 without charge. The only complaint would be the pillow were quite old and the comforter needed washing but that was minor over all. I would stay here again on our next visit.

The condo was very dirty, even the trash cans had trash from previous guest. The couch in the living room was broken. The front desk was rude and we had to wait for a person to actually open the room for us. Very disappointing, I will not go back to this hotel.

Though it was advertized we couldn`t use the pool, roof terrace, gym or sauna cause we were not permanent residents. The building was in fact for permanent residents, only few apartments for tourists. Flat was in not good condition, no cleaning for 10 days, didn´t know where to put garbage. Washing machine only good thing. Wiew from balcony mould of sand. Reception spoke only french or hebrew. Not polite people. Don`t recommend anyone.

From outside it looks very nice but inside everything is falling apart. The Condos were cleaned very poorly. Bathroom was falling apart. Mattress was so hard my back was hurting afterwards. Our manager of the condo came in threw a few towels on the table when I asked for a towel and left. They don't communicate very well. I would not stay there again.

Terrible communication, they have no reception and check in was so hard even with a booking number you need a telephone number of the suites. Also the address in google maps is wrong and the name of the place is not la palmora its some different like la palmeriae. They had a beautiful pool but you were never aloud to swim in it. They couldnt help you with anything no printing or directions to find somewhere to print boarding passes. No information at all because no reception just rude security guards. Atleast the suite itself was great it was huge and had everything inc washing machine, dishwasher big balcony and big tv with all kinds of movies and series. And the location was good in walking distance of everything.

The pictures were very misleading. When we got to the property, I was “offered” an upgrade to the same suite I was under the impression I was getting for an extra 500 nis, since there were 6 of us I felt I had no choice. There were no closets in the second room. There was no hot water for showering. There were rips in the sheets. Our towels were dropped off in a plastic bag. There were stains on the sheets and towels as well as the stains on the furniture. Dishwasher did not work. Location was ok but not optimal. My brother stayed in Eilat and got a MUCH better place for about the same price. Horrible experience. Outside looks nice. Opposite of a Sabra. Nice on out side but a piece of חרה on the inside. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Points positifs : bien placé dans eilat et parking dans la résidence. Points négatifs : très sale à notre arrivée : miettes de pain sur les chaises, sols collants, traces sur les meubles, vaisselle rangée sale et insuffisante pour 4(n'esperez rien pour 6), draps (déchirés) / serviettes (tachées) / papier toilette apportés dans un sac poubelle, linges d'un précédant occupant dans la machine à laver, restes dans le four et poubelles non vidées. Le logement n'a certainement jamais été rénové depuis sa mise en location et cela se ressent (trous dans les murs, mobilier usé et cassé, climatisation poussiéreuse) . À cela s'ajoute que le logement ne correspond pas à sa description : prévu pour 6 personnes avec 2 lits double et un canapé-lit avec une vue piscine, nous n'avons eu que 1 lit double et 1 canapé lit avec une vue à l'opposé de la piscine sur un chantier et des gravats. De plus, l'hygiène de la piscine laisse songeur et ne cherchez pas les spa et saunas promis, ceux ci n'existent plus depuis longtemps. Le propriétaire a refusé de nous changer de chambre mais nous a au moins fais rapidement venir une femme de ménage qui est restée 20 minutes même si 2h aurait été nécessaire vu l'état de l'appartement. En résumé, annonce trompeuse et photos non conformes, heureusement que nous n'y sommes restés que 4 jours
