SeaFront Luxurious 3 BR Apartment

We know that you don’t want surprises, so we list down our house rules for you to see before you make a reservation with us.

After booking the apartment, you need to complete the pre-check-in through Duve Frontdesk so that you will have access to our guest interface. Everything that you will need is there such as your arrival information, house manuals, and other services that we offer.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
- A security deposit of 1500 NIS (depending on your apartment) per stay is a must and should be paid through Duve Frontdesk or through Cardcom.
- Taking care of the security deposit will be your door to our guest interface. We won’t be able to share with you the details of your arrival such as the codes, how to get to the apartment etc. without completing this.
- In case there's a delinquent payment, we will collect it through the security deposit (VAT payment, order invoice, penalties under our house rules etc.).
- We don't accept cash for the security deposit

17% VAT
- The price does not include the 17% VAT yet.
- Guests must provide a B2 permit and a non-Israeli passport before they enter the apartment if they are tourists. Failure to do so will cost the guest to pay the 17% VAT, again this must be paid before entering the apartment.
- If there's a guest that is VAT exempt the reservation must be transferred to their name or add the guest to the reservation’s guest list. It must be done by the guest where the reservation was booked.
- We will only wait until 12:00 PM on the second day of the reservation for the B2 Permit or changing the guest’s name etc. If B2 was not settled on or before this time, we will automatically collect the 17% VAT from the security deposit.

FEES
- If you want to pay in another currency aside from NIS there will be a 2% change fee.
- There’s a 2% additional payment when paying through a credit card.
- Guests that are considered paid are 2 yrs old and above, but please still disclose the number of guests below 2 yrs old and if you need a crib & a baby chair.
- The cleaning fee that you paid for this reservation is the fee that we pay the cleaners before and after your stay.
- If a guest that is still in the apartment after 10 pm needs to be considered as an extra guest
- If a guest wants a greeter to assist them with checking in + explain everything about the apartment, there would be a 150 USD fee.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT, PILLOWS, LINENS, ETC.
- The apartment will be prepared based on the number of guests on the reservation.
- Please let us know in advance if there are guests that will not share beds we can provide either a folding bed or a floor mattress.
- We provide 1 extra bed linen & bedsheets upon request and 2 towels per guest free for reservations of more than 7 days.
- For reservations that are shorter than 6 days, guests will need to order and pay for extra linens/towels.
- We know that you want to relax on your arrival and probably freshen up, so we provide complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, and coffee pods for a day or two.
- Check-in time starts at 03:00 pm and checkout time is on or before 10:00 am.
- Quiet hours are from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please avoid loud noises, if we got a complaint from the neighbors you can be charged 6,000 NIS for it.

LAST-MINUTE RESERVATIONS & LATE CHECK-INS
- For guests who booked an apartment on their check-in day, if you will arrive on or before 7:00 PM, we are here for you for any issue or problem
- If you arrived after 7:00 PM and will need something - we can only take care of important issues, if it’s not life or death it will be postponed until tomorrow.
- Those who want personal support during their check-in, and guidance on everything. We can meet you outside the building, accompany you and explain everything, for $150.

The penalties if a house rule was not followed:
- Unauthorized late checkout = 500 NIS per hour
- Unauthorized guests = 200 NIS per guest, per night (If a guest that is still in the apartment after 10 pm needs to be considered as an extra guest)
- Unauthorized pets = 1,000 NIS per night
- Smoking inside the apartment = 1,500 NIS
- Grilling/Doing BBQ in the balcony’s apartment = 1,500 NIS
- Throwing of glasses, cartons, or anything that can get stuck in the garbage pier = 2,000 NIS
- Lost key = 600 NIS
- Deep cleaning minimum fee = 800 NIS
- Partying in the apartment/loud noise = 6,000 NIS
