Stayed here for 3 nights for a wedding celebration Host surpassed himself. Catered for a party of nine with half hour notice. Excellent👍

Il Selvino is set amongst olive groves, close to the beautiful village of Lajatico, the home of Andrea Bocelli. The friendly owners of is agriturismo are on hand to help with any queries. Alessandro and his team provide lovely evening meals and even take requests. If you like steak, he barbecues, using olive wood, a beautiful florentine steak to share as a couple. Highly recommend. He was able to arrange a local driver to run us and 4 others up to the Andrea Bocelli concert, avoiding the queues by driving along unmade roads. Our only negative point was not having air conditioning in 34' heat, sometimes sleeping was difficult and opening the windows at night was not possible due to mosquitos. All in all though a great place to stay and visit the surrounding villages and towns. Our only

Very lovely and rustic property close to the village of Lajatico, a 10 minute drive away. The owners, Alessandro and Eleanor, are quite friendly and go out of their way to make you feel like a visitor rather than a paying customer. After driving from Rome by piss to rp, we were given our keys, but we were directed to come to the restaurant because they had pizza ready. It was very hospitable. We met lovely tourists from the uk, Belgium, Germany, Lebanon, and the restaurant and pool were where we all discussed and shared stories of our daily adventures in the surrounding area. If you prefer to cook for yourself, there are reasonably priced grocery stores available a 10-minute drive away. Although the food prepared at the Il Selling Restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced, the pool area was very stunning and surrounded by trees and foliage, with many lounges and garden furniture. Prior to our trip, I had been in touch with Valentina via email, who promptly and efficiently answered all of my questions about visiting the region, and she had scheduled a pasta cooking class for me and my daughter. The fact that Andrea Bacilli rode into Lajatico Square on his lovely grey horse on the last night of our vacation and posed with us for a photograph was the icing on the cake!.

I, sixteen other friends, reserved an exclusive stay at Il for one week starting on June 12 th, which has been a wonderful experience no one will ever forget. This is especially due to the incredible kindness of the owner alessandro and his wonderful companion elena, who immediately put us at ease and made us feel like family. A elena has avoided anything and was seemingly simple from the very beginning of booking. Youll be hard pressed to find better if you want to reserve a location for a special occasion or want an authentic Tuscan experience. The location is straightforward to reach, requires a car, but it is a 40minute drive from Piss. We all returned to how Tuscany was, which was as we expected, after driving through the enormous gates and up the olive tree lined driveway. We were all relived to the time we had imagined of it. All of the rooms are roomy, spotless, and have ample closet space and a large bathroom. Each room comes with a fridge and cooling facilities, which are extremely handy when traveling in a group. The pool is clean, at a comfortable temperature, and has just the right amount of umbrellas and loungers. We explored a number of nearby towns that were quaint and uniquely Italian, and we were pretty astonished by the low price of a cocktail or to elena

When the cook and I attended their cooking class, we had a great time and made 3 new pasta dishes. The host was very kind and the chef was very knowledgeable even though she didn't speak much English. The best part of the trip was lunch after we finished creating and drinking wine. This was the highlight of our trip! In the middle of Palais Tuscany I strongly recommend it. Il Selling also has a bed and breakfast inn but we didn't stay here this time. The innkeeper makes their own produce, herbs, and olive oil.

The beautiful property that we stayed at at Il Selling was quite special and exactly like Tuscany. The olive trees that line the driveway and main building are very beautiful. The gardens and pool are large and well kept. The food was great, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety. The culinary highlight was the pizza evening, where there was homemade pizza prepared in a stone oven on the terrace. We had a great time and the people were all very friendly and made everything possible for us on our wedding weekend to make sure we had an unforgettable experience. Just like us, our guests were enthusiastic and still rave about the beauty and hospitality. We only recommend spending a great time here and experiencing Tuscany as you'd imagine. We'll come back as often as we can.

The negatives are the expensive coffee cup for the espresso machine and no air conditioning if the heat is too much. We spent a week in Il Selling with our extended family. Our family had 7 apartments in use. Alessandro was quite accommodating to our group of 17 adults and 12 children and we all had a wonderful time. The pizzas are really great and the cook, Marina, is a wonderful and real mother. The swimming pool was spotless and the place where all the kids spent the most of their time. The garden was lovely and well-kept. Each apartment has a table, drying rack, and basic kitchen items. Our wedding anniversary celebration meal was well-kept and beautifully decorated on the table and a great success! Washings are possible on-site. The disadvantages include the lack of air conditioning if it's hot and the cup for the espresso machine are quite expensive.

Tranquillo è silenzioso con una bella piscina, la nostra camera era dotata di aria condizionata anche se è servita poco perché pur facendo molto caldo la camera era fresca naturalmente per lo spessore dei muri.
