After navigating the dusty track down to the property and being shown to our room were weren't overly sure about this property. The room was basic and the bed overly firm for our tastes. Once outside in the sun the views and and stillness around the property instilled a sense of calm and contendedness. This is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. Dinner was a treat, a four course extravaganza of home cooked Italian food, complete with wine and coffee. A fixed menu but so delicious and plentiful. Likewise breakfast was a treat with fresh baked pastries appearing from the kitchen to prepare you for the day. The hosts were welcoming, helpful and generous. I would heartily recommend Le Piagge to anyone seeking a relaxing, disconnected, location.

You will find it here with Stefan and her staff if you are looking for a nature setting with all natural cooking. We didn't want to go and stayed here for two weeks in October! The rooms are well furnished and quite comfortable. We thoroughly liked our comfy bed at the end of the day and slept like babies from all the fresh air and the fantastic food that was served. Le page is very eco friendly and nothing goes unkempt. There are cute little pigs down in the barn that happily eat any leftovers. The inn is also very conscientious about recycling and diligently. They have a children's camp in June and July that teach about nature and being eco-friendly and not wasteful. Le page can also accommodate if youre looking for a little venue for a wedding or special event. We always have to remember that when we are guests in another country, not everyone speaks English and shouldn't expect it. Stefan does speak some English and understands a lot and we had no problems communicating. Her oldest daughter Camilla speaks perfect English. However, we wanted to improve our Italian so it wasn't an issue for us. I was fortunate enough to learn to make gnocchi with stefan and patty and was happy to come home and make it for my friends. I have stayed here before and have found the peace and quiet of the place to pull us back! We stayed over Easter weekend and once more Stefan's cooking was outstanding! She makes the most amazing bread! During those five days we stayed, I think I gained 5 pounds. Breakfast cakes were freshly made every morning. I had a cappuccino with a slice or two and it was heaven. Easter dinner was an amazing culinary fest and we ate for three hours! Her sous chef Antonio was a delight and had useful information about the area for us as well. It was a full house with the holiday and we met people from all over in the dining room. This is a very family friendly place with lots of trails for walking and cycling. We noticed several cars riding their bikes. The fireplace always had a fire, and the entire establishment was warm and comfortable. Our room was a pleasure, and the additional towel warmer in the bathroom was a nice touch. Another wonderful, peaceful stay with spring on the way!.

We stayed four days during Easter with our daughter and a few friends and their kids. We had a great time there. Stefan is a great cook, and the food is tasty and has a wide variety of foods. The rooms were comfortable and big enough for traveling with children. Nice remote location, great farms close by, only an hour away from the beach if you want to change the landscape. Kids were so pleased to see and feed monkeys. The only tiny drawback is that they didn't open the pool yet. I would highly suggest this place if you're looking for an authentic agriturismo and want a peaceful and quiet stay.
