A lovely hotel in a great location. We had an amazing short break here. Everything we wanted to see in Naples was right on our doorstep from the Spanish quarter, to spectacular churches, museums, architecture, shops and the buzz of Napoli. The hotel felt very secure, despite the lack of staff on site. We had one query before we arrived about room access so contacted the hotel on the WhatsApp details provided. Received an immediate response that provided the information required. The hotel rooms themselves were clean, spacious and had a great authentic vibe and decoration. The fridge, kettle and coffee machine were truly appreciated. These facilities would be further enhanced by including ceramic cups and glasses instead of paper ones. We loved Napoli and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

La stanza era in ottime condizione e pulizia, molto bella, bagno perfetto, doccia enorme con luci emozionali. Struttura gestita completamente in automatico (prima esperienza !) ciò ci ha reso completamente autonomi ed indipendenti come casa nostra. Il cellulare era la nostra chiave per aprire tutto, portone nella strada, porta residenza e porta della camera. Complimenti !!!

El sistema para entrar es un poco engorroso hasta que le tomas la mano, si o si necesitas tener internet. El cuarto es muy amplio y comodo. Dicen que hacen la cama dia por medio pero no siempre es asi... De todas maneras lo super recomiendo porque tiene ascensor y porque esta muy bien ubicado!

Amazing little place. The app setup didn't work at first with pictures, removing them allowed us to check in. The doors in the app to go in could be labeled better. But that's the nitpicky stuff, great big room, nice clean modern bathroom, AC, mini fridge and great location near the Dante Metro. The elevator is a godsend since walking up 2 flights of stairs (and they're big flights)

This place was amazing, I really liked the room, the building was lovely. The area is very noisy but you cannot hear anything in your room at night, in general Napoles is very very noisy. Details in the room are great. Anthony and Rino were always available by whats. Tip: Move sensor in the room turned the lights off but you just need to sign in again and thats it. Thanks Napoles!! Great stay!! Loved Italy

Loved this property. Clean, quiet but a little bit hard to find. Make sure you get the email they send prior to getting there or you won’t have access to the doors and download the what’s app to communicate with them. So much to do in Naples and the taxis are right around the corner.

The rooms were fabulous once you found them! The exterior was very run down and difficult to find as there is absolutely no signage whatsoever to tell you Antico Dimora - once you entered the miniature door into the courtyard then it got much better and then to the room even better - the check in process online was tricky because we had no WiFi. A code to get in would have been much easier.

Das Zimmer war super. Nur mit dem „Schlüssel“ funktioniert es nicht gut. Nie war jemand erreichbar. Weder per Mail, WhatsApp noch Telefon, Zum Glück verliessen andere Gäste die Unterkunft und wir konnten rein, sonst wären wir nie reingekommen und hätten auf der Strasse bleiben müssen. Dort gab es ein Mann der uns sehr geholfen hatte. Alles funktioniert nur online, aber man bekommt keine Antwort oder Hilfe.

Hard to get into the building. When you are travelling without wifi the door is horrible and stressful. People you need to have wifi to open the doors. Rubbish really. Just give a key or passcode. It’s really quite stressful. Didn’t enjoy even though the room is beautiful. Too much work.

Room was clean and nice , however no staff was available. The check in had to be done by you, had to upload the passport info in the middle of the street, basically do it yourself. We asked for more towels but were brought in.

While the inside of the property is nice, certain times of the night around 10:30pm the lights would just completely shut off and not turn back on until morning which wasn’t convenient at all. The ac also would shut off in the middle of the night. The area does have a lot to do around it eating and shopping wise, so that was nice. A little noisy due to the area being popular with tourist and locals but the room was nice. Wish house keeping stopped in each day to clean but it’s ok

We booked 2 rooms. They were so beautiful but the air conditioning and lights kept turning off. At night it was so hot that woke us all night. I reported this to the host and he said he was going to send the technician. But did nothing. We stayed for two nights and housekeeping never cleaned the rooms. We ran out of toilet paper and had to go outside the room to get it.
