We had a wonderful family stay at Antichi Orti del Sole. This is a genuinely family-run property, and the owners’ care is evident in every detail. They do everything possible to make guests comfortable, and whenever something needs to be adjusted or resolved, they respond quickly and handle it in the best possible way. Due to an error generated by the booking platform, there was initially some confusion regarding our reservation conditions. It was difficult for everyone to understand how the platform could have produced such an error. However, the owners handled the situation with remarkable patience, professionalism, and a truly customer-oriented attitude. We greatly appreciated the respectful and constructive way they worked with us to resolve everything. Our room was very comfortable and beautifully maintained, while breakfast was excellent—fresh, generous, and prepared with great care. The property is in a charming mountain village, approximately 20–30 minutes by car from Amalfi. For travelers wishing to escape the tourist crowds currently overwhelming Amalfi and Positano, and making stays there far less enjoyable, this is perhaps an ideal location. The surroundings are peaceful and authentic. In the morning, we could hear cows and roosters in the distance, adding to the lovely rural atmosphere. It is a wonderful mountain retreat, with beautiful views and a sense of calm that is increasingly difficult to find along the Amalfi Coast.

Lovely hotel with very calm and nice surroundings. Great family who runs the hotel. The dinner was fantastic as well. Great outpost for taking the path of gods to Positano.

From the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded all expectations. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay comfortable. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, and every interaction throughout our visit was professional and friendly. The room was spotless, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, everything felt fresh and well maintained. The facilities were excellent. great service, delicious food, and a relaxing ambiance. The location is fantastic feel like a retreat. What stood out the most was the genuine care of the staff. They anticipated our needs and made us feel truly valued as guests. We left with wonderful memories and will absolutely return. If you’re looking for comfort, service, and a luxurious experience, this hotel is an excellent choice!

Very nice rooms and an incredible view. Breakfast was great every day. We checked in late in the day so we weren’t greeted and waited a short while. Staff were generally a little tough to track down, but were all friendly.

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits avec petit-déjeuner à la carte, une formule que nous avons particulièrement appréciée car elle permet d’éviter le gaspillage, le tout dans un environnement calme, loin de l’affluence de la côte amalfitaine. Le réceptionniste s’est montré extrêmement accueillant et professionnel. Nous avons également dîné à deux reprises au même restaurant, où la qualité des plats était excellente. Cependant, nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu bénéficier de l’avantage VIP Silver de Hotels.com, qui prévoit une réduction de 20 % sur la nourriture et les boissons (valable une fois par séjour).

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Ruhig gelegen. Schöner Garten mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Zimmer sehr sauber und schön gestaltet. Frühstück wurde täglich frisch zubereitet und war sehr lecker.
