Great value fo the buck! Very nice people! Amazing location - Close all the touristy stuff but nicely hidden away. We had a great time!

Communication was a but difficult during the beginning of my transaction. I tried reaching out to the property through Expedia, but did not hear back until almost 3 months after my booking. The property owner informed me they did not receive my messages through Expedia and gave me their apologies. From then on they gave me 2 contact numbers informing me I could keep in touch through WhatsApp. Communication at that point became a breeze. One thing I loved was that they let me drop off luggage prior to check in. I came by at 11:30 am (thats the earliest they could let me drop the luggage off due to having another guest checking out at 11am), and a few hours later the apartment was ready.

Our flight was canceled, so we requested late arrival instructions; there isn't anyone onsite 24/7. After many attempts, Hotels.com was able to confirm a late arrival for an additional 10 euros. Property was to call to give us instructions on how to access our room, since there was no one onsite. They did not call. We were finally able to contact the property directly and talk to someone who told us that since we were arriving late and no one would be available, we could not stay there. Since the hotel had already been paid and we wanted a refund, we worked through Hotels.com (who were very responsive) for resolution. They, too, had much difficulty in contacting the property. We would not recommend this property because of the inability to communicate with them as well as their refusal to allow us to stay after approving a late arrival.
