Friendly staff, clean hotel and close to the train station. I will be getting the same hotel before I have to come back to Rome to leave back to the airport port.

1st time in Rome. Staff was pleasant. There was complimentary luggage storage on the day we checked out (our train didn't leave until 4:30). The room was cleaned daily and the AC worked great! That was a plus in over 90 degree heat. I see reviews that said it's in a sketchy area, but we didn't find that to be true at all. It's close to good restaurants and shopping. Less than 20 minutes to walk to the Colosseum.

Our group, which consisted of family and friends, had a great experience and stay at this hotel. First and foremost, the staff was very friendly and made the stay very pleasant. The hotel is in a great location and was nice and clean. The air conditioning and comfy beds were personally my favorite thing! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Augusta Lucilla was an excellent find. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Termini Station, making it incredibly convenient for both arriving in Rome and exploring the city. Our family room was exceptionally spacious, something that’s surprisingly hard to find in Rome. The highlight, however, was the bed. It was honestly the most comfortable hotel bed we’ve ever slept in, and we all had an amazing night’s sleep. Considering the location, room size, and comfort, the price is hard to beat. If you’re looking for outstanding value without compromising on the essentials, I would definitely recommend staying here.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My check-in time was after 2:00 PM, but they allowed me to check in at 12:00 noon. It was very pleasant for me. I recommend this hotel to everyone. The hotel is very close to all cafés, restaurants, and other places.

Gostei bastante do hotel! Fica próximo à estação Termini, então deu pra ir andando a partir de lá. Tem elevador e organizaram um transfer com bom preço até o aeroporto.

This place was perfect to stay at as a solo traveler. The staff was very welcoming and provided all the info I needed. The AC worked great which was important considering Rome was in a heat wave like I’ve never experienced! Also, the cleaning staff was absolutely wonderful! They clean daily (which I didn’t know) and they moved all around my mess and still got it looking fantastic. They were also so sweet and said hi each morning! As a solo female traveler I cannot recommend this place enough, thanks!
