Augustana House was AMAZING! We finished the last 3 days of our Italy trip in Rome. We arrived before check in and Sergio was so helpful with our luggage and keeping it safe while we went to see the sights in Rome. The location was easy to get to and close to many sights. We walked to many places but also took a taxi to save time. When we returned later that night, our luggage was already in our room with water and everything we needed without asking. The blackout blinds/curtains were great. We slept the best when we checked in at The Augustana House. The beds were comfortable and the shower water was hot with good water pressure. Every day we returned to clean room with bed made and fresh towels. Maya and Alessandra were great also. They called a taxi for us and the taxi was in front of hotel in less than 5 min. We came in late most nights and they made sure with water and ice after a long day out and about. Any staff members I didn’t mention, they were great also. We will definitely recommend this hotel to others and will return when we come back to Rome. Thank y’all so much!

The staff was so helpful, attentive, and friendly. The room was clean and appeared to have been newly renovated. Breakfast was fresh and surprisingly was served in our room.

The staff were amazing and helpful, shout out to Maya, Rosa, and Sergio who made the stay so pleasant. Clean space, secure, and well maintained. They brought a special birthday message and treat for me. The balcony was nice overlooking the river especially in the morning and at night. Breakfast was included and delicious and they remembered our orders. The room was air conditioned, had good storage space, nice bathroom with bidet, bed was good. Great location, close to restaurants, groceries, and sites to see. Thanks for the great stay!

Really enjoyed our stay at Augustana House. We were in Room 301 Superior Room, king bed, non smoking, balcony (Annex Building-Lungotevere Marzio n.3). The bed was good, and I really enjoyed the balcony. Note: it is on a busy street so there is traffic noise when you are out on the balcony, but it did not bother me. You are looking directly at the Tiber River and it is beautiful. When the balcony doors are closed you cannot hear the street noise. I would highly recommend. It's a quiet hotel within walking distance of many major attractions. Enjoy.

This B&B is charming. We loved that it wasn’t a typical hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern and clean with great closet space. The location is convenient to the best neighborhoods. We had a balcony that overlooked the street and Tiber River. There’s three sets of doors that are kept locked for security. It’s truly a gem in the heart of Rome!

Me gustó la propiedad y el trato de la dueña y del personal a cargo. Como punto de mejora, qué tal que puedan ofrecer fruta como regalo o amenidades
