A wonderful experience. Loved the spacious room and homely feel. Breakfast was excellent - had I the appetite I could have eaten everything on offer! Lovely welcome on arrival. Would have booked for my return en route home but alas it is already full! Thank you.

Perfectly located east of the Duomo Area. Check-In and -Out was a cinch, via message and emails, having received perfectly clear instructions. The room was clean and comfortable with air conditioning and had a "private" separate bathroom for ourselves. Highly recommended.

Bâtisse très ancienne à deux pas (5 minutes à pieds) de la tour de Pise. Proximité des commerces et calme absolu pour la nuit. Un jardin avec bancs et une terrasse couverte très tranquille . Bref un bel endroit ou l'on peut également garer sa voiture.

This is a beautiful "palazzo" from the late 1800, pristine, if a little worn out. It has parking in the middle Pisa. Owners are very courteous and efficient. They don't live on the property, so you need to be a little better organized than I was about communication.

Das B&B liegt ideal für eine Besichtigung der Sehenswürdigkeiten von Pisa - genau zwischen Piazza dei Miracolia und Piazza dei Cavalieri, jeweils nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Wir konnten unser Auto um 8 EUR sicher im Innenhof parken - auch noch nach dem Auschecken. Das Service war ausgesprochen zuvorkommend, das Frühstück entspricht italienischem Standard (ist also nicht atemberaubend, aber ok). Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen.

The stay was overall very good. The house is splendid, full of family valued items, pictures, antiques furniture etc. There's even paintings on the walls and ceilings. Wonderfull Italian villa. The owner was very pleasant to deal with, gave lots of advices about visiting Pisa. We had a great room, with one one bedroom leaning to another, good privacy. We weren't bothered by some stains on the ceiling in our room, it looked like it's been renovated. The air-conditioning worked well, was just too noisy so we switched it off as the weather wasn't hot for our stay. The beds were very good, room very spacious, bathroom ok with toiletries and plenty of towels. The shower cubicle however filled with water quickly so a bit unpleasant. Make sure to contact the owner before your check-in, as they are limited hours for reception. The breakfast is typical Italian/continental. Help yourself to few types of bread, some croissants, cookies, biscuits, fresh oranges, fruit juice, jams, honey, even some cheese. There is the choice of drinks, filter coffee, or, if you ask, the owner will prepare an espresso for you. Everything beautifully and elegantly presented. Wifi in room worked well. The garden was a great addition, I am sure it's very useful to hide from city noises in the summer. The house is right in the centre of Pisa, only few minutes walk from the famous Tower. Don't be afraid to get lost in the old city streets, full of character everywhere.

ottimo B&B sotto la torre di Pisa. Antica casa con arredamento in stile antico nel cuore della Pisa antica, situato a pochi passi dalla torre in posizione strategica per visitare con comodità, fare acquisti e rientrare per una piccola pausa per poi ripartire e immergersi nelle mille cose da vedere e visitare. un bellissimo giardino che ti rilassa . personale molto gentile ed accogliente pronto e attento a darti tutte le informazioni. buona e abbondante colazione continentale.

En plein centre, on ne peut faire mieux, a 5 mn a pieds de la Tour de Pisé, ce gite B&B est géré par un monsieur très aimable, parlant français. Les chambres sont d'époque, du 17é siècle, avec une hauteur sous plafond de 4 m. Le parking dans le jardin, c'est vraiment un plus. Très satisfait de notre séjour, nous reviendrons surement.
