Nos atendieron muy bien facil check in.. las instalaciones de las habitaciones son nuevas o casi nuevas, hay un poco dw ruido de la calle pero soportable.. nos llevaron el desayuno a la habitacion que tambien estaba muy amplia y equipada... es bueno aunque algo caro pero la zona esta muy centrica

We stayed at B&B De’Biffi for two nights in Florence and absolutely loved it! The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city—and the room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The receptionist was warm, welcoming, and the Breakfast was delicious and made us feel right at home. The only thing to note for future guests is that parking can be tricky. We paid €30 per night, and both the hotel and parking garage are located within the ZTL (limited traffic) zone, so it’s important to plan ahead to avoid fines. Overall, this was an amazing stay and we would happily return on our next visit to Florence!

The staff were great, let us check in early and even helped us find another place to book after we left. It is a bit hard to find, but should not be a deterrent. Just buzz the button that has the name and walk up the stairs until you get to the door with the name on it. Great place, good location too. Very helpful staff. And breakfast in the morning.

The staff are so friendly and lovely, which isn't always the case in Italy. It's in a perfect location, 2 minutes walk to the Piazza del Duomo and 10 minutes from the train station. The room was homely and comfortable with a comfy bed and nice hot shower. What more could you ask for? Would definitely stay here again.

Best thing about this property is its location - so close to the city center! The room was quite spacious and clean and the staff were really friendly. What we did not like is that the lift did not work and that the screen in the shower only covered half of the shower so you can't shower without making a big puddle on the floor

Pros: The place was very close to everything you possibly want to see in Florence. Room was spacious with a very comfortable bed nice bathroom. Basic, but nice breakfast (croissant and coffee/tea). Stuff was nice and check in and out was fast. Cons: The elevator was not stopping on the 2nd floor where the hotel was located. We had a heavy suitcase and a baby stroller- we did not mind to carry these up, but it may be a problem for somebody else. This surely needs a fix. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom, so everything got wet in the bathroom- this should be an easy fix. It also was not clear that we need to pay additional 2.5 Euro/person/day for local tourist tax in addition of the expedia price. This should be marked clearly.

We stayed for 3 days and it was very good. The staff is very friendly, breakfast is served to your room, and the wifi is fast. The hotel is very central, everything is within walking distance. Everything is perfect, will come back to stay here again.

The location of the hotel is strategic. So it is close to all places. The atmosphere is calm and cozy and provides all the comforts. The hosts are friendly, attentive and make you feel at home.

Our initial impression of the bob was that of an immaculately kept, outdated structure. When I first entered, I noticed that the hallway required repairs, paint, and tac. There was an elevator, but it wouldnt function. I took a step up the 52 steps and let my sister down with our substantial and weighty baggage. I encountered a very friendly, professional, and Englishspeaking woman at the bob who walked down the stairs with me thinking she could assist in bringing the baggage up to no avail. She located a small room near the elevator where we left our luggage and waited for someone from the outside to come to bring it up for us. She climbed the 52 stairs back to the bob, where the woman made a few calls to assist in getting our suitcases up. She never apologized or offered any explanation for a nonworking elevator when I informed her the website stated there was one. This was extremely useful. Our luggage was brought up soon after check-in. The room and bathroom were spotless and roomy, but when we opened the windows, there was a very noisy sound from a very busy main road below our room, it was very loud. It was just too late at night, and this noise level would stay in the morning until we got back at checkout. We had to wait a little while before contacting Andrea, the owner or manager. We stayed in Florence, and we stayed in 3 different places. This place is fine, nothing special but nothing outstanding. After experiencing this and the other places personally, I can't believe what other reviews say about it. Well, of course, but there are many choices, and the others I've experienced were significantly better in terms of the room and building conditions. Especially with luggage, climbing without an elevator is difficult, even for those who are properly conditioned.

Todo estuvo muy bien excepto por el ruido de la habitación. Nos tocó en primer piso y se escuchaba mucho el ruido y gente de la calle. Lucero fue muy amable, el desayuno rico, todo limpio, la presión de la regadera buenísima.

Overall this met our needs. Nothing fancy but good size room, clean, comfortable and a great location. They offer a limited breakfast for a fee. We went out- there is a cafe right next store. Staff was only on site part time. The facility is in an apt building - the public entry on the first floor could use a refresh. But overall it was OK.

Wonderful location. Very friendly staff. Very clean. Having a kitchen to use was convenient although we were slightly confused over breakfast arrangements, our own fault, we should have asked if we had to order additional items from the cafe below. Plastic mattress covers make you hot in bed and spare toilet roll would be useful. Overall these were minor details and the overall B&B and staff were absolutely fabulous. Would recommend to family and friends.
