The B&B was in a spectacular location on the side of a hill overlooking Val d’Orcia (valley), just outside the town of Montepulciano. We had truly spectacular vistas of the Tuscan countryside sipping cappuccinos sitting outside every morning for breakfast. Truly blissful. Francesco and Oksana were wonderful hosts and took care of everything. They are very warm and approachable. One note, make sure you have euros to pay taxes though as it may not be possible to do so with a card. If you don’t there are ATMs in the town (5 mins drive from the property) to get some. All in all, an absolutely wonderful place and our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Highly recommended!

What a magnificently situated property overlooking undulating hills and vineyards. We stayed gor 10 days in Montepulciano which is central to much of Tusany. The property has only three rooms so privacy and quiet is ensured. The property has beautiful gardens and olive trees and having breakfast on the patio overlooking all of the splendor is incredible. Of course, Francesco and Oksana are the sweetest and perfect hosts. Looking forward to my next Tuscany trip.

We really did enjoy our stay here. It’s an absolutely beautiful property. The only problem is that if you’re there in a cold season, be sure you crank up the heater in the room as quickly as possible because it takes a while for the room to get warm. Very friendly host And a very nice breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view from the rooms as well as all around the property is amazing. The staff were all very nice and welcoming and always eager to help and make sure we were enjoying ourselves. I would and plan on staying here again.

What a lovely property. The hosts are very friendly, the views are stunning, and my partner and I agreed that this was the best bed, pillows and shower of our trip. It’s an easy drive to parking for Montepulciano. Highly recommend!

Beautiful location with a panoramic view vineyards rolling Hills, and what you expect Tuscany to look like. Service is wonderful. The couple that run. It are very friendly. Property has a beautiful swimming pool to enjoy the view from. Would highly recommend this B&B.

B&B Fonteroncone is an idyllic location just outside of Montepulciano. Our hosts were wonderful - attentive and helpful. The property is beautiful with many flowering plants and fantastic views of the countryside. Every morning Oksana prepared a delicious breakfast for us on their lovely terrace.There is a nice sized swimming pool, but the weather was just a little too cool for swimming. We would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend! It’s great to come back and soak in the cool pool after all the hilltop climbing! The grounds are amazing with all the lavender! The hosts are awesome and may even share a bottle of wine with you.

B&B in posizione incantevole ai piedi di Montepulciano, strategico per visitare la Val d’Orcia e non solo. Pulitissimo, camere ampie e ariose, bagni enormi. Proprietario accogliente e molto informato sulle mete da visitare. Colazione dolce e salata servita in giardino. Consigliatissimo!

Un très bel endroit, au calme, pour séjourner à Montepulciano. Que ce soit de la chambre, de la terrasse du petit déjeuner ou de la piscine, la vue est incroyable ! Il n'y a que trois chambres donc on y est très au calme. De plus notre hôte a été charmant et très accueillant.

I accidentally booked the wrong dates and, unfortunately, the owner was unaccommodating and would not refund the double payment. Please note that the payment is completely NON-refundable, including all extra fees such as the cleaning fee and damage fee. During my stay, several details did not match the listing description. There were no restaurants onsite, despite what was stated. There was also no hot spring on the premises. The pool was closed in September even though the listing indicated it would be open to October. Additionally, there was no heat in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. This was my experience, and I hope it helps future travelers make an informed decision.
