初めてのイタリア旅行で利用させてもらいました。困ったことがあれば、WhatsAppですぐに回答してくれます。また、チェックインが遅い時間まで対応していただけるので19時半レオナルド・ダヴィンチ空港着でもチェックインできました！ちなみに、私は英語もイタリア語も少ししか話せませんがトラブルになることもなかったです！

Everything was fine and as described. It would have been nice to have a couple of seats on the balcony to watch the world go by for a short time. The owner was helpful after I contacted them about entry to the property.

In a good location, felt safe. Tons of restaurants nearby. Gate is hard to open. Rooms are clean though and there are four different security points to basically get in your room. Blinds are electric!! If you try to move them manually they break.

A localização é relativamente boa, a pé conseguimos fazer muitas coisas, um ponto de ônibus praticamente em frente a hospedagem, andando mais um pouco você chega rapidamente a estação de metrô. Tivemos a assistência que precisávamos. O quarto era limpo sempre, lençóis e toalhas eram trocadas e o ambiente (quarto) era muito acolhedor, apesar de parecer maior nas fotos. O banheiro possui tudo o que você precisar. No entanto, algum hóspede no quarto ao lado falava muito alto, e escutávamos muito bem o seu ronco a noite, bem como falando no telefone. Isso incomodou um pouco. No geral, foi uma boa estadia. Recomendamos para 2-3 dias.

The property is listed as pay at property on Expedia. A few days before, the host contacted me demanding payment in advance. I stated that i was not comfortable paying before arriving, and that they were listed as pay at property. They conveniently waited until the cancellation period had passed to demand payment, so if i cancelled i would get charged in full regardless. When i contacted Expedia about this, the host threatened to cancel our booking immediately resulting in a full charge if we did not pay immediately. We ended up paying and hoping for the best. Once we arrived, the host again asked for additional payment stating it was the city tax. Not a problem paying city tax as this is the norm, but it was charged in full on the previous payment. Only once i sent screenshots etc, did the property say we do not owe. If i had not sent back proof, they would have charged an additional €36 and likely not have said a thing. Very unorganized and poor communication. The location can be difficult to get to via bus, but a great little osteria just downstairs. The front door and gate were often unlocked fully almost every time we arrived back. The room is much smaller than advertised and the bathroom door hits the toilet everytime. Very cramped. Overall, the experience left a bad taste and we would not stay here again nor recommend it to others.
