Very very proactive and clear communications from staff. Stayed 2 nights and was surprised to have daily maid service. Very large room, lots of storage. 2 things that stood out beyond the comms being so good and clear 1) AC unit kept up! It was so hot in Rome and after 5 weeks of travel it was wonderful to have a unit and actually kept the room cool 2) double paned windows. We had 1 window open in the night when it cooled down and had to close for garbage pick up and it was pin drop quiet which was nice. The other thing that was super great was airport transport set up thru this hotel’s website. The company NeroTaxi was excellent! Strong communication from 2 different drivers we hired. Strongly recommend them. We enjoyed the area this hotel was in.. new area to us and fun to explore. Super clean room and large bathroom

The location was great. Right in the midst of all the action. It was nice to be located where everything was walkable. The room did the trick and had a/c and fan which was super crucial as it got hot! The bathroom was great and it was nice to be a few floors up, open the windows to look down and see the street action. Valter was fantastic! He answered all of our questions/concerns and even was even quite heroic one of the days! My wife had dropped a ring down the drain, but luckily Valter sprinted to the rescue to help us retrieve it before it was lost forever. I think the place is a great deal and overall we had a great Roman experience because of it.

Our stay at Belsiana House was absolutely wonderful. The location could not have been better — it was close to everything! We were able to easily walk to the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, and we even walked to the Colosseum one day. The hotel is tucked away on a beautifully charming side street that felt peaceful while still being in the heart of Rome. The room was nice size and extremely clean, the air conditioning stayed nice and cold, and the bed was very comfortable after long days of exploring. One of my favorite parts was the deep bathtub, which was perfect for soaking and relaxing at the end of the day. The staff went above and beyond to help with anything we needed and made us feel so welcome. We also felt very safe during our entire stay, and having a working elevator was such a bonus. I truly can’t say enough good things about Belsiana House. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!

The Belsiana House was beautiful. The bedroom was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was all marble and lovely. The room was spotless with plenty of storage and a pot to warm up beverages. The Belsiana House is located near many restaurants and historic monuments and churches.

Belsiana House was a wonderful place to stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well cared for, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire stay, always going out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

This place was incredible. They reached out early with clear and detailed check-in instructions and were very accommodating when my arrival was delayed. It's a perfect location, right in the middle of the action. My traveling mates were jealous and wished they stayed here. We will be back!
