Beautiful property on the canal. Three large windows that can be opened to let in the breeze. Very quiet, picturesque area. Walking distance from all major sites. Very welcoming staff walked us to the room and showed us around.

One of the best hotels I have been to outside India. The employees are very friendly and give excellent service. We arrived at the hotel 3 days before our arrival time and were offered free early check-in. The breakfast options were great.

This hotel is terrible because I have given it so low rating, but I am in a duty to my fellow travellers to make sure they are aware of this. Let's start with the positives: the staff is very helpful and attentive, the restaurant in the evening is good and the food is well presented. The bedding and towels are cleaned and replaced daily. However, I think the decor, which is something between Art Deco and Regency, gives the hotel a shabby and outdated appearance. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and walls, the shower tray was falling apart and required a thorough cleaning, and there were many broken tiles. The room had a pungent scent from the air freshener, it was not a pleasant experience overall. Breakfast was to European taste and the coffee was horrible. Again, to conclude on a positive, the staff was very good.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was small but clean and tidy, and the bathroom was OK too. The price included breakfast as well, which was delicious and delicious, and you could choose from a wide variety of foods. The hotel is in the center of town, about 1520 minutes to walk to the more important sightseeing.

Hôtel bien place. Serveur brun très sympathique et a l'écoute. En revanche taxe de séjour non conforme à ce qui était prévu a la réservation. De plus 3 taxes pour le repas alors que nous n'avons pris que 2 repas. Qui devait être remboursé le lendemain mais nous n' avons mangé ailleurs. Dommage.

Pretty basic, shower didn’t heat up and power cut off through the night. I couldn’t change my air con/heating as there was no remote to allow me to do this and the buttons didn’t work. Shuttle is apparently €140 but wouldn’t know because no one got back to me about it. You’re just as easy walking (25 mins) from the bus station to the hotel.

AC is terrible! Had to turn on a fan I carried with. Finding the hotel is a bit confusing they have 4-5 properties all same name and the one that's hidden is the one with staff so you around looking for where to go for a bit before finding it. Also room smelled a bit like cigarettes... Otherwise location was great and view from room was great

I had a very disappointing stay here. First, the room had no heating. While the staff were helpful and provided extra blankets, it was still freezing and difficult to sleep. To make matters worse, there was no heater in the bathroom either. The hot water is also unreliable. We had hot water earlier in the day, but by 10:00 PM, there was no hot water at all, making it impossible to shower in the cold. The bathroom design is a major issue: there is no shower curtain, and while there is a drain inside the shower area, there is no floor drain for the rest of the bathroom. This caused the entire floor to flood after use with no way for the water to drain away. Overall, the hotel is badly maintained. The carpets are faded and worn, and the equipment feels very old. While the staff were kind, the lack of basic amenities like heat and hot water makes this hotel hard to recommend.

The first room I got was basically worst than a hostel in 3rd country. Smell of toilet, sockets falling apart, door that could be open just by a simple push, window at street level without any security, wifi not working, all bathroom and toilet appliances falling apart. After long protest I was given a room in main building. Old, dusty, bed linen with insects... shower without hot water for 5 days in a row, poor wifi stability... the only good thing in that hotel was the location.

The location of the hotel was wonderful and in cooler weather I would give a better review. The air conditioning did not work and for 4 of us in one room we suffered. Over 2 days we asked for something to be sorted but it fell in deaf ears.

The room was so small and they packed in 3 twin beds AND a Futon. No room at all. The shower handle attachment was broken and it leaked into the bedroom area. They said if you eat at their restaurant, they give you a 40% discount. But then they add-on top of it a 30% gratuity charge. No ice and cold drinks are barely cold. Cool is more of what they were. But for the price, I got what I paid for.

Bad air due to dirty carpet. Booked garden view, but unfortunately got a view of a wall. Mice or rats making noises under the window all night, creepy. Shower only suitable for XS people, also in poor condition. Unfortunately no recommendation.

Me siento estafado. El hotel olia muy mal, habitacion sucia, muchisimo frio no funcionaba el aire caliente. Wifi dijeron que habia pero no habia. El agua caliente costaba que saliese, la puerta de la habitación no cerraba bien se veia desde fuera. Lamparas rotas cortinas rotas, suciedad en los rincones... horrible experiencia encima caro.
