Very different set up than what I am used to but in the best way possible. Very Italian. Lots of doors/keys for the entrance and a super cute elevator. Bruno was so helpful and so was the girl at the desk. I loved the location and we had many good times in the piazza (especially during world cup games). I highly recommend.

Perfect room! The best value for money I've ever had! The room is really super clean and everything is perfect. The bathroom is very large which is very pleasant! The air conditioning also works very well for the high heat of Rome! The staff is very responsive if needed. I can only recommend and if I had to go back to Rome I would go back for sure!

We stayed at Cavalieri Palace Roma for 3 nights at the end of June. This was our first trip to Europe/Italy. This hotel could not have been more perfect. We arrived at the Rome airport. Clair, at the hotel, had arranged for us to be picked up by taxi and brought to the hotel. The driver was waiting when we arrived. Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were surprised that they did have an elevator. The hotel was in the perfect location for us. Close to a lot of good restaurants, shopping and tourist spots. Yet, it was tucked away and quiet. Once in the room, it was sound proof. You could not hear any street noise at all. The AC worked so good. Italy was having a heat wave while we were there, and it was so nice to come back to the hotel and cool off. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and shower could not have been better. We had a problem with the hair dryer tripping the electricity breaker, and Bruno was just a phone call away. He was at our door moments later. We were very fortunate to fine this hotel. Do not hesitate to book.

Despite first impressions with entry, the Cavalieri Palace Guest House is a hidden gem. It is well maintained, beautifully presented, very comfortable and quiet. It is unmanned, but that adds to the joy of staying here. The instructions on how to check in and out were very clear and easy to follow. The central location also allowed us to easily access some of the best sites in Rome by foot. We will be returning in future.

Cavalieri Palace Guest House is a true gem! The location in the historic city center is unparalleled -- an easy walk to everything you want to see and surrounded by the kind of shops, restaurants, cafes and gelaterias that you hope to stumble on when you're in Rome. Bruno is charming and went above and beyond, helping us confirm dinner reservations and making sure we had every suggestion needed. We could not have had a better experience!

We had such a wonderful stay here for our honeymoon! From check-in to check-out, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and special. They were so kind and even stayed late to make sure we could check in, which meant so much after a long day of traveling. The room was spotless and looked exactly like the photos, so there were no surprises. Everything was comfortable, clean, and made for the perfect stay. It is also super close to everything we wanted to see and eat. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here. Thank you for making our honeymoon so memorable!

The guest house was small and intimate. The staff of one, Clara, was exceptional: friendly, helpful, efficient, accommodating. The room was comfortable and quiet. The location was close to shopping, restaurants, transportation, and many key points of interest: Colosseum, Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and many others. Warning: Do not rely on Google Maps for directions. We got hopelessly lost four times in ten days in 95 degree heat. Get good directions from locals who are well acquainted with Rome. Italians are wonderfully friendly and helpful.

Our short stay here could not have been better in every way: communication, tremendous helpfulness of staff (Claire and Bruno), comfort of room and amenities, interesting historic building, elevator, LOCATION (coffee shop and grocery right there, walking distance to piazzas, restaurants, shops, historic sights. I would go back tomorrow and wish we could!

Great location near Campo di Fiori, and a great newly renovated guest house for all types of travellers! Amenities were in excellent shape, and newly done interiors created an inviting atmosphere in a historic building.

This boutique hotel was wonderful! The woman that was running it at the time ( I am so sorry I can’t remember her name) was so kind and helpful! She helped arrange transportation and gave us a lot of great information. The hotel was a little hard to find but the woman came down to meet us and made things very easy. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would stay there again.
