We wanted to spend one night in venice as part of a vacation in italy. We booked this because it sounded good on the internet. It is exactly what it says. Very easy to find and very close to stevens square. The management was there to welcome us and was extremely helpful. Our accommodation had vistas of the canal. There were two windows that overlooked gondola pickup points. With the windows open, we could hear occasional renditions or other musical performances as they went by. You cant hear anything when you close the window. They claim that the rooms are soundproof, but we certainly didnt notice anything. Although not large, the room was nonetheless spacious enough and larger than most chain hotels, beautifully decorated with oversized closets and coffee makers. Even though there was nv, no one had used it. Large and cozy bed. Though the shower is an overbath type, its large bathroom with both bidets for baths. This was ideal for us. When we return, this will be our first choice for lodging, and we wont hesitate to recommend it to friends.

I wouldnt call this a hotel. This is more like if it were merely ten rooms or squatting with four stories and about four bedrooms per story. The topfloor suite is fantastic, although it has stairs that lead to idyll and private balconies that overlook the city. It is immaculately clean. You can control your own air conditioning and there is cable tv with mostly italian channels. People who run the hotel or are of the same ethnicity and dont stay there, they stay around the corner. There is no breakfast not even croissants or coffee. Well, theres coffee in the room. And some biscuits. Now that it is very clean and lovely. Due to the lack of assistance from the available hotel, ive only awarded it three stars. But for the price, its incredibly nice place.

The place is clean and decorated. The location is good, just a short walk to marks. Staff are very attentive. Quiet except for the construction next door but only 8 to 3 ish.

The rooms design is very romantic. The staff are very cool, friendly and accommodating! This hotel is only 1 minute from 9 gondola station. And 5 minutes from san marco square! I recommend this hotel. If you book this room, say ciao to lara for me.

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Its clean, quiet, and in a perfect location. Laura is very helpful and kind. She is really at our service at all times and responds to emails almost immediately. Front door and room entrance are very easy using your phone as id key. They provide service to and from the airport and train station via personal driver and water taxi. No walking around cobblestone with suitcases! The only negative was our view was mostly of farm hotel construction, but you could see the canal and we spent most of our time outside anyway. I highly recommend guests to stay here!.

This place is a pleasant experience. The hosts are exceptional. Its cleanliness is impeccable, and its location is ideal. At night, it is peaceful, with easy access to the best shopping area just stepping away.

This is a great place to stay in venezuela. The location is perfect, the staff is very nice and the rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast is not available, but there are many good places around to get eat, so its not terribly bad. I will definitely be back.

We were so impressed with the kindness of lara, our host, that we decided to bring her home with us. The location was convenient, being close to the train station and interesting places to visit. There were gondolas boarded in the canal, just below our balconies. Yes, we had two of them. Wonderful stay and experience.

They are excited to visit a top local restaurant. Excellent service and excellent value. The rooms were large, reminiscent of sizing up an apartment, which is unusual for it in italy. Americansized bathrooms were used in the bathrooms.

Fantastic location near all the main attractions in venice. The hotel was excellent overall and more than fair for the price. More importantly, lara provided exceptional customer service. I dont believe anyone who works for a hotel has done as much for us as she did for me. She deserves my highest praise. If i ever returned to Venice, im sure ill have no trouble staying at this location again.

This place has balconies that face a small canal. The interior design looks original to the building and is beautiful. No kitchen, washer, or breakfast, but its still worth it. Staff are cool and know where to eat well and reasonably priced.

Highly recommended based on location and rooftop amenities. Amazing host, quick access to water taxis, gondolas and walking distance A. Request the 2 br top floor suite for an amazing view and space on the roof.

This place has an amazing location. The host is incredibly helpful and friendly. There is no need to worry about the cleanliness of the rooms, and the view of canal is priceless.

The location is ideal, very central but still very peaceful and quiet. The reception is elegant and the building is nice and stylish! The room is large enough for a few days stay, tidy, wellfurnished and very clean. They make the room up every day if you put the sign on. Coffee, tea, local biscuits and bottles of water are available, as well as toiletries. Last but not least, the staff is great, welcoming and helpful. Excellent!.

This location was fantastic, situated between accademia bridge and st. Marks. Vaparetto stop within 2 minutes walk. Water bus from the airport almost to our door. The lift was perfect, and the room was spacious and had a great bathroom. Entry was also quite simple. Completely unexpected level of customer service. She was incredibly valuable. Shares the courtyard with steves and is located in the heart of upscale shopping district.

Excellent location with a peaceful courtyard. St. Marks is only ten minutes walk away, and the canal is nearby. The staff is fantastic! They are willing to assist with reservations or simply tell you about the past and current events in venice! Historic structure with tastefully renovated and roomy accommodations. Large shopping just i can walk to. Coffee is offered in the room. A wonderful find!.
