Venu pour visiter essentiellement propriétaire super pour ceux qui ont vu le film la convivialité de l'hôtel fait beaucoup pensé à "l'auberge espagnole" Pour rejoindre un autre commentaire la seule chose qu'il manque dans le coin cuisine serait des plaques de cuisson

Adorable bed and breakfast, Milena is the best! She made us feel right at home and kept our bags safe for us after we checked out. Very clean and comfy place, great for the price. Super quiet and peaceful at night yet a very short walk from the heart of Florence, we loved the location. About a 13 minute walk to the Accademia and only a few minutes from wonderful restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

Struttura vicina al centro città. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Servizio prima accoglienza efficiente! La Signora Milena che ci ha accolto, oltre essere stata gentile, ha dato indicazioni minuziose, ed inoltre ha dimostrato ottime capacità di problem solving!

Cumple con los requisitos básicos, una habitación en muy buen estado y cerca a buenos puntos de interés de Florencia. Nosotros llegamos en tren y nos quedaba súper cerca de la terminal, eso ayudó mucho. Aunque no había nadie cuando llegamos, nos contactamos por WhatsApp y nos dieron acceso inmediatamente. Atención excelente y cómoda respecto al precio.

Struttura decisamente comoda ed accogliente: molto vicina al centro storico (5 min a piedi), appena al di fuori della ZTL: è facilmente raggiungibile in auto senza preoccuparsi delle multe. Si trova molto parcheggio in zona. La camera è molto pulita, dispone di un mini-frigo, e di tutti i servizi necessari. Inoltre è a disposizione una cucina, con macchina per il caffè. Il gestore è molto disponibile, anche per chiarimenti non inerenti al pernottamento. Per non parlare del prezzo davvero basso. Consiglio molto!

The Hotel was perfectly located near the SMN train station and close to downtown area. I spend seven nights at the Hotel. We went to Firenze to help my daughter start her college career. Very clean place, coffee machine makes excellent coffee, refrigerator in the room, access to microwave. The place was quite at night.

2인실 전용화장실로 이용하였는데 3일동안 피렌체에서 편하게 머물다가 갑니다. 수건을 매일 챙겨주시지는 않았지만 이야기를 따로 해두는게 좋을듯하고 만족한 숙박이였습니다.

Per il prezzo pagato é ottimo. Camere pulite e ben riscaldate, a parte lampadari e lampadine da spolverare. A disposizione forno a microonde e macchina del caffè per cappuccino ecc... per la colazione.

Il gestore si è rivelato da subito gentile e disponibile. B&B in buona posizione per poter visitare la città. Uniche pecche: wii-fi con ricezione scarsa in camera per utenti vodafone; in 4 giorni non c'e stato il cambio degli asciugamani; nel week end non c'e stato lo svuotamento dei cestini.

hotel sin mas buen precio, el baño fuera de la habitacion los colchones algo incomodos, no tiene desayuno aunque es “bed and breakfast” solo hay cafe, el precio esta muy bien pero de ahi en mas es un meh...

My partner and I spent seven nights at Corte Passi, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Although we had an external bathroom, it was perfectly fine—a spacious and well-maintained bathroom that met our needs, even though it was located at the end of the hallway. Corte Passi is conveniently located close to the city, yet in a quiet area where we weren't disturbed by traffic noise. The host was lovely and welcomed us warmly. Despite her limited English, she was always kind and greeted us with a smile each morning. Corte Passi is definitely suitable for a week-long stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of air conditioning and a shared fridge in the hallway. The bed was quite comfortable as well. Overall, we are very satisfied and had a wonderful vacation.
