Sono una mamma single e questo residence mi ha dato la possibilità di rilassarmi. La piscina e il parco giochi erano spazi in cui il mio bimbo si divertiva e mi consentiva di leggere tranquillamente o predere il sole. La struttura era chiusa quindi il bambino poteva gironzolare autonomamente con i suoi amichetti. Non eravamo sul mare ma con la navetta, al mattino ogni mezzora, non era un problema raggiungere la spiaggia, che poi era la più bella e attrezzata della zona...

Il residence è confortevole, il personale stupendo, in particolare i ragazzi dell'animazione sono stati bravissimi nell'accoglierci,e senza essere insistenti, sono riusciti a coinvolgerci nelle loro attività. Gli appartamenti sono ben arredati, accessoriati, e puliti, nonostante il fornello sia formato da 2 piastre elettriche, non abbiamo avuto problemi nel cucinare. Anche se il residence non è vicinissimo al mare, (dista di circa 800 metri dalla bellissima spiaggia di Torre dell'Orso), il servizio navetta messo a disposizione, è comodissimo. Per fare la spesa ci sono 2 piccoli market, ben forniti, per cui non è indispensabile recarsi in paese.

Ho soggiornato con il mio fidanzato una settimana e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'alloggio era in buone condizioni e pulito. Il posto è tranquillo ed è vicino alle spiagge in macchina e il servizio navetta è efficiente. Il personale è giovane e disponibile. Servizio animazione in piscina il top. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo.

residence ben curato dotato di una piscina ben curata ,vicino al mare di torre dell'orso nel quale si trova una spiaggia molto carina con sabbia pulita e gradevole meravigliose le coste nei dintorni

Bella camera e struttura. Posizione ottima per visitare il salento. Comoda navetta per la spiaggia più vicina. Personale davvero gentile e disponibile. Animazione ben equilibrata . Ambiente informale e familiare. Grande attenzione ai bambini!

Siamo stati ad agosto una settimana in 3 con un figlio di 12 anni. Residence piccolo ( per noi e' un pregio) e accogliente con servizio navetta in una spiaggia a torre dell'orso. Vivamente consigliata un'auto. Pulito e confortevole, l'appartamento era meglio che in foto. Animazione più adatta a bimbi piccoli, comunque tutti gentilissimi. Non vi perdete i consigli di Caterina su dove andare e cosa visitare: sempre azzeccati. Piscina pulita con servizio sdraio e ombrellone e un simpatico bagnino.

La struttura è bella è le stanze sono fatte bene idem anche la piscina, il personale disponibile.. La struttura mette a disposizione una navetta ad orario per il mare perché dista qualche km, L 'unica pecca che l' animazione è fino hai 13 anni!! Dovrebbero aumentare sia per l'età che per qualità cercando di rendere il posto piu armonioso dato che stiamo in vacanza è poi la reception un orario continuato fino alle 22 per qualsiasi evenienza senza fare riferimento al numero di cellulare!!!! Però consiglio come struttura perché è molto meglio da vicina che dalle foto è poi chi ha fame da visitare 5 minuti da Torre dell'Orso, 20 minuti da Otranto, circa un'ora da Santa Maria di Leuca, pescoluse, Gallipoli, Porto Cesareo è da Punta Prosciutto

Positives: 1) When the animation and the mini club has really started it gave us a break (about 2.5h a day) from the daily parenting. 2) The Residence is relatively small (about 30 nice apartments) and cosy. The pool is also nice. 3) The sea was rather clean and the long sandy beach was good. Only a small part of the beach is public, however. Negatives: 1) Maybe it is common for Italy but we found there were significant additional charges above those indicated at this site. Those were about 25% for two adults and two kids above 3y.o – club cards and other fees – that we had to pay at the arrival (we were warned about those additional expenses by the company dealing with the reservation “Ionian travel” in advance, though). 2) Animation was lazy at the beginning of our stay (July 2013) – the truncated version of the mini club for kids was held only two times during our first 9 days of stay. Later the action kicked in and kids were enjoying it a lot. 3) The Residence is not a walking distance from the beach of Torre Del Orso. It takes 5-7 minutes for the shuttle bus to reach the sea. The bus runs on schedule (every 0.5h or 1h) but a couple of times it was missing. 4) No cleaning service for the apartments during the stay. Only the linen is handed over once a week.

Di speciale nulla , la parte migliore è il personale , cordiale e sorridente ma fa quello che può con quello che ha . La struttura non offre nulla se non letto e cucina , giusto posate pentole e bicchieri e un rotolo di carta igienica usato . Niente lavatrice nessun asciugamano ,insomma nulla di ciò che trovi di sicuro in una pensione di due stelle .

Warning! hidden costs and fees in this place! When doing booking by Hotels.com or other sites, hotel appears to be one of best offers, but it is not! There is addtional fee hidden somewhere in description of 8,50 eur per each person (including children!) and it is PER DAY. Reception said it is for electricity and other maintanace, all in all for a stay 7 nigths and family 2 adults, one child 4 years old this gives additional fee of 220 eur (+ 40 eur cleaning which is also obligatory), which makes this offer very avarage and i didn't see similar policy in any of the places in Italy that i visited. In plus i must admit that place is clean. Beacause of above i would not return to this place and i do not reccomand.
