Ce lieu (comme dit mon mari « notre palais ») était super bien! Différent! Très spacieux! Édouardo et le personnel très sympathique et accueillant! Chambre très propre! Salle de bain et douche magnifique! Liminaires discrets et bien réfléchis! Juste prévoir les boules quies pour les couches tôt car on attend les bruits de la rue! Literie parfaite! Petit déjeuner => en buffet et à la carte! Très très bon! Vraiment un réel plaisir!! Je recommande à quiconque d’y passer au moins une nuit en plein cœur de Montepulciano!! Prenez bien en compte cet établissement est en premier étage avec juste un petite plaque sur la porte de l’immeuble! Ouvrez vos yeux lorsque le GPS vous dit que vous êtes arrivés! 🤓

Wow! What an amazing place in Montepulciano! Getting there was a little tough, navigating the tight roads and finding the right parking place (signage is not great.) But once we got there, the room was gorgeous! The view from the balcony alone was worth the price. You're right in the middle of everything, so you can walk...albeit uphill to many things. The gentleman at the desk gave us great suggestions. AND the breakfast was wonderful! We stayed here two nights, and we loved every minute of it! Thanks for a memorable experience!

This place is magical. Simple seeming at first whe. You realize this villa has been in the family for 12 generations and all of the magnificent art work and wall and ceiling decoration is newly restored and from the Renaissance. This boutique hotel is absolutely unique. Recently renovated and restored it’s modern and well updated. Yet the charm is its authentic historic feel. The rooms are huge. Ricardo is a perfect host. Il Pozzo, the restaurant on the lower level and also newly renovated, is fantastic. Owned by one of the oldest wine families in the region it pays homage to their deep heritage. The food is likely the best in beautiful Montepulciano.

Check-in was easy and smooth. The room was beautiful, spotless, and elegantly decorated. Riccardo was very responsive, and the breakfast was truly exquisite. The ladies who work there were warm and welcoming, which made the stay even nicer. The only small downside was that the room door opened directly into the reception area, which is also where breakfast is served. Aside from that, everything was wonderful. We would happily stay here again.

This property is AMAZING! So beautiful, the balcony was lovely. Updated and modern. Right next to all the lovely shops and catacombs. (Parking is also very close) Couldn't have asked for a better place! Do yourself a favor and stay here!

Our room was very nice. There is no elevator, so you do have to haul luggage up the stairs (our room was on the 3rd floor). Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Offsite parking is 2 blocks away, but very convenient. There are several dining options close by and everything was very walkable. Highly recommend the hotel.

Stayed for 2 days in May. Lovely place with friendly staff. Mickelo was very welcoming and helpful. Enjoyed having breakfast with guests. The hotel restaurant is very good and just below the hotel. Rooms are huge and unique with beautiful art work on the walls and gorgeous ceilings. Right in the heart of town. You fall asleep to the sounds of bells. Would recommend for those that want a city experience.

Great room, very large, coffee, tea and water provided in room. Loved the wonderful breakfast each morning- many options to choose from - fruit, pastries, eggs, ham - many options. Breakfast was included in the room fee and served in the dining room area which overlooked the beautiful country setting - such a nice view. Many shopping and dining options to walk to.
