Check was easy, and our host was most informative about local attractions and restaurants. The room itself was very large and decorated beautifully. The included breakfast was tasty with a good variety. The location was very quiet, but within easy walking distance of the major sites.

Extremely friendly and helpful owners and staff. For a truly authentic visit to Florence this wonderful B & B ticks all the boxes for a comfortable and relaxing stay. After a busy day sightseeing in the beautiful city of Florence being able to relax in the cool breezy balcony rejuvenates; ready for the superb Tuscan food and wine in the evening. Almost wanted to keep the secret of this amazing place however we want a small family business to succeed in the days of soulless hotels and community destructive AirBB.

As a solo traveler, I truly enjoyed my experience at this bed and breakfast. The property was very clean, the room was tended to daily and the water in the mini fridge was free and replenished daily. With the weather as warm and humid as it was, this was convenient. The staff were exceptional! They were extremely accommodating to my lack of planning and ensured that I would be taken care of. They were very kind, friendly, welcoming and informative. The breakfast was a great deal for me and the hours for the breakfast were perfectly lined up with my routine back home which made the transition of traveling extremely easy to stay on track. Personally, I believe the location was perfect! About a 20-30 minute walk to city square, which is manageable yet far enough that you are not stuck in the chaos of a downtown area so you get a good mix of the local and tourist experience. I would certainly come back!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. En arrivant Marco nous a conseillé des restaurants et des lieux à visiter. La chambre était grande et propre. Rien à réclamer. Pour aller à la gare ou au centre ville il faut compter 20 minutes. Point extra: une merveilleuse terrasse sur le toit avec vue magnifique sur Florence.

This property was beautiful, the room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was clean and everything worked well. The cleaning staff did a wonderful turn down everyday and the property owners were very friendly and gave us great tips. The breakfast was a great way to start the day, lots of variety and good quality food. It is a bit of a walk from the city centre, but the tram was 2min walk away and we enjoyed taking the tram in and walking back. Highly recommend this property.

We loved our stay in Florence and were happy at this B&B. Our hosts were very welcoming and helped map out many wonderful things to see in Florence. We were able to walk along the river and view the beautiful sites. Each morning we enjoyed a delicious buffet Breakfast along with delicious coffee. Our room was large and spacious - with an authentic Renaissance feel. Daily cleaning as well.

Marco and his wife are amazing and wonderful hosts. Great stay and great breakfast. We had a clean and lovely-traditional double room.Amazing access to everywhere in town using C3 line and Tram. Thanks to the hosts again and we look forward to go back to the same place in a near future.

Wrote a long glowing review but lost it when I tried to back up one screen so this will be shorter. The room was gorgeous, clean, and roomy. Options for wine or prosecco in the room for a reasonable price. The water pressure was okay but with long hair I like to be blasted. Normal folks would have zero issues work water pressure. Would have liked another wastepaper basket for convenience since we tend to generate more garbage than we should 😁 Breakfast is fabulous. So much better than American hotels. Fresh cappuccino, juice, thin meats and cheeses, and poached(?)eggs. Bread choices and sweets. Having such wonderful healthy and hearty breakfast saved a lot of money because we usually didn't eat again until night time (except sweets like gelato). Public transportation is just one street over to get you to the main attractions in Florence and only 5 or so minutes to get to the tram that takes you to the train station area. 10/10.

The owner is a gem! Upon arrival, Marco took the time to give us a brief history of Florence related to spots we should visit during our trip. We took his suggestions and had a wonderful tour around Florence. The property is gorgeous and our room was beautiful. You can tell how much love has been put into this property. Breakfast was lovely, it felt like we were being taken care of by a family member. We will be staying here during any future trips to the area!

Atendimento VIP desde o início ao fim, fomos recebidos com cortesia e informações sobre a cidade pelo Marco. O hotel é muito bom, prédio antigo, contudo super bem conservado. O quarto espaçoso, roupa de cama maravilhosa, limpeza todo dia, o banheiro muito bom também. O café da manhã é a cereja do bolo, delicioso, um momento de calma no dia, para começar bem!
