Place is great comfortable and clean. left my passport book with $400 in it. They call me and everything was there. They accommodate me in every request. I would go back there.

Excellent apartment in a traditional building which has been converted beautifully. Our 2 bed apartment was spacious, very clean, nicely presented, modern and located in a perfect location for our 4 day trip. On a quiet street just a few seconds from the water and the fruit/fish market and only a 5 minute walk to Rialto bridge. Asela at the front desk was always friendly and helpful. Very pleased we booked this apartment and would definitely book again if we return to Venice!

Прекрасный отель! Все чисто, аккуратно. Удобная и быстрая регистрация. Только тяжело было подниматься на 3 этаж (высокие и длинные лестницы) с чемоданом. В остальном же, все очень и очень хорошо!

Stayed here for one night with my family of 5. It was an excellent property to stay to explore Venice for the first time. The property was very comfortable and street quiet, however it was a short walk to Rialto market, San Marco square etc . The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Polo’s Treasures is an exceptional place to stay! The host goes above and beyond to ensure that you not only have everything you need at the apartment, but that you enjoy Venice itself. The room I stayed in was clean, beautifully decorated and very spacious. The communal kitchen was also very clean and the coffee maker was easy to use. Rainfall shower head was brilliant! Great to have a big screen tele and Netflix, as a solo traveller who wanted early nights and early starts. I loved that I just punched a code in to get into the building and my room, rather than having a key. The view as you step out is gorgeous (a typical Venetian alleyway to your right, The Grand Canal and Galleria Giorgio Franchetti Alla Ca’ Doro to your left. The location was perfect. I went all over Venice and all things considered, the location of Polo’s Treasures was second to none for me. The host also gave me a bottle of Prosecco as I was their a for a while. This was so welcome, as I arrived in a storm and wanted to stay in in style while it passed. Very big comfortable bed with lovely white sheets and plenty of towels. Would I stay here again? YES! Things to consider: You may not get a code until the day you arrive and the host is not always there. However, he was easy to reach. The stairs are fine as long as you’re fit and young but I can imagine anyone other than this would have trouble as there’s 3 flights. Don’t use the hotspot on the room phone to get internet, use the free wifi.
