We arrived at 930 pm down a very narrow city road and saw an imposing old door as our arrival point. We sent a text to the hotel to say we were outside and Francisco joined momentarily. Once we got into the building - a renovated palace and shown to our room any fears we may have had were quickly dismissed. The room was spacious and the bathroom and shower were magnificent Francisco and Giorgio were great hosts

On a adoré nos deux nuits dans la suite confort! Une immense chambre, une superbe salle de bain , un personnel attentionné qui va au-delà de nos attentes. Le petit déjeuner est très agréable, complet et servi dans une belle grande salle à manger lumineuse! On a profité du spa très relaxant! On recommande!

Everyone was a delight, just clean up the street garbage. I will need to send a mail order to pay the room tax. Sorry. When I get back to Canada, I will go to my bank and see if they can help me send monies electronically

Beautiful place. Our room was huge with wonderful design and styling. Spotlessly clean. Perfect location, easy walking to all the places you want to see for sightseeing. Easy check in, very helpful staff. No notes. We had such a wonderful experience

Divisi Suites & SPA is a real hidden gem. The room we had was beautiful, clean, and stylish, with a lovely balcony and surprisingly quiet, considering it’s in the heart of the city. Breakfast was delicious (definitely try the pistachio croissants). The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and they gave us great local tips. That said, I do wish I’d known a bit more about the area before arriving. The location is very central, but some of the streets right around the hotel aren’t the nicest, especially if you're arriving by train. If that’s how you’re coming in, I’d strongly recommend walking down Via Maqueda it’s pedestrian friendly, better lit, and usually has a police presence. Try to arrive during daylight hours if you can, just to make things easier and feel safer. Also, if you’ve booked through Hotels.com, I’d suggest messaging the hotel directly to share your email or phone number. As they’ll need to send you a code to get into the building since there's no front desk, and it’s much smoother if you’ve already got that info before you arrive. Overall: Really enjoyed the stay, the room made it feel like a little retreat. Just be mindful of the surrounding streets and plan your arrival a bit in advance, and you’ll have a great time.

Hotel is not manned all the time, but the team are a WhatsApp away. Clean hotel but, state of repair in the room we had was in need of attention ( cracks, water marks, dents ) Minimal breakfast choice but more than acceptable. Location is close to main thoroughfare.

On a side street behind a wooden door and up a flight of stairs, a whole level turned into a series of suites. Staff very friendly and helpful, modern bathroom and huge room. Make time to book an house in the Spa after a busy day exploring Palermo. Breakfast was adequate but the selection quite tasty. Very close to the main walking streets and markets, and train station. I would stay here again.

The spa hot tub was never hot and they never had hot water in the afternoon to shower or add to the hot tub. No one seemed to care about these problems.
