We loved staying here and will definitely stay again. Great location, right in the center of everything. Super clean and secure. Which we really appreciated. You need a keycard to get any area which is nice. They made our bed and gave us clean towels everyday which was nice as well. Staff was super friendly. Then you for such a great experience.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! Amazing themed rooms with modern features. The private terrace offers panoramic views of the city and an unobstructed view of the Duomo. No complaints. 10/10

We had a fabulous time here. The room was absolutely stunning with great ameneties. Very modern and at the same time it had a Firenze charm to it. The bathrooms were stunning and we loved the modern shower that changed colors! Staff were extremely attentive and friendly. They were so helpful. I would say the only thing is the very old elevator but we didnt let it bother our stay. And there was a wierd smell in the hallways but not in our room Thank you for everything! Was a beautiful experience and by far my favorite hotel!

Great hotel room overall with spacious areas and amazing reinassance theme as well as view of the Duomo. Location is probably what justifies the pricing. Staff was very attentive particularily Navy. Would have appreciated more ammenities such as room service or help getting a taxi given the "luxury" level.

I stayed and was thrilled with the experience. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of Florence, with easy access to everything. My room was absolutely stunning, featuring a luxurious bathtub that made my stay even more special. If you’re looking for a hotel with a prime location and a beautifully appointed room, this is the perfect choice.

This small boutique hotel has a blend of historic decor and up to date technology. The staff are amazing and fully engaged us through the check in process. Located in close proximity of the Duomo, the tower was in sight of our room.

This hotel is nice but the check in process is awful. I’d too come outside the check in time you are SOL. We waited an hour then this gentleman showed up. No hello nothing we waited while he blew his nose a million times and after 40 minutes said you can come in. Our room was right across from reception. The next day we put a do not disturb sign and left the room with all of our stuff just laying out. We returned to have our door wide open and the lady at reception said they were changing the locks. Well it was done and the door was still open. When we left we asked recption to arrange a taxi that never showed up. Stay at a hotel and save yourself from this agony. Oh and the elevator also doesn’t work well or not at all.

o hotel e estranho. primeiro pq nao e hotel. e um predio comercial, vc tem q bater campainha pra entrar e sair! mas tem lobby. e uma mesinha no meio e os quartos. os quartos sao bons, mas me deu medo! pq e um apartamento com 6 quartos acho. nao e hotel. localizacao boa, mas custei a entender como saia e entrava nesse predio. nunca mais!!!!
