This is an apartment room located inside a very old multi use building. There are many like it in this building. That said, the room was very spacious for 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers). Room has a nice balcony with great views. The instructions to get inside are very straightforward. The room manager is easy to get a hold of and communicates with and checks up with his guests frequently. Thankful for that! It's a very safe building in a very busy public location. Speaking of, the location is great being steps from Flaminio metro stop and right outside Rome's north gates (Plazza del Popolo). Would highly recommend this apartment.

This was a fantastic place to stay! The apartment was in the most incredible location next to lovely cafes and restaurants and super close to main attractions. And the Metro was right there! It was pretty annoying to have to use an app to open 3 sets of doors but I don't regret staying here one moment.

Francesco was great! I appreciated that he reached out the day before to let us know that we could leave our luggage onsite before our check-in time so we did not need to drag it around the city while we were site seeing. They also offered to hold our luggage onsite on the check-out dated if needed. They use an app on the phone to open the front door to the building, entrance to the reception area up the first set of stairs, and the individual room. The room was clean and spacious for our family of four. I really liked that the Apartment was next to the metro, across from a cute plaza with plenty of restaurant options, and a short walk to the Spanish steps and shopping district (~11 min). I also really liked that the room was located in a safe/clean part of the city. I would definitely stay again!

Staff was very responsive, the room was clean, entry was pretty easy, location was fantastic right next to the metro. The only thing odd was the private bathroom didn’t have a lock. Overall, great place to stay!

Temiz.

Fantastic room and view from balcony. Tricky to use the online locks due to internet issues. Using the code would have been easier.

In the heart of the city. Beautiful old buildings with a niche property. Very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property if you don’t want a corporate hotel.

The room was beautiful, large and well-equipped with everything we needed for our vacation! We were traveling as a small family with one child. The sofa bed was comfy, the bathroom was really large, there was plenty of living space, storage etc. The location was absolutely perfect! Located straight across the road from the Palazzo Popolo, right at the entrance to the Metro and nearby to other attractions, we easily walked everywhere. The balcony provided a beautiful view. We felt as though we were in the middle of everything in Rome yet the building itself was extremely private and secure. The staff maintained the space flawlessly, everyday resetting the room and providing all necessary amenities. We would definately stay here again and recommend to anyone traveling to Rome!

Very nice and classic building in the heart of the Old Town. The property has been renovated and is clean and well maintained, with high ceilings and modern interior design. The bathroom is newly renovated and very nice. The apartment also has air conditioning, an elevator, and a balcony. Everything is managed through an app, which is simple and user-friendly. The host responded quickly and provided good service. There is also easy access to restaurants and shops in the surrounding area. The only slight downside is that you can occasionally hear some street noise when motorcycles pass by at high speed. Otherwise, the apartment seems to be very well soundproofed.
