Adrianna was amazing! The hotel was beautiful and right in the heart of Old Verona. Only complaint: beds were hard, but the pillows were great!

100% Recommend and would stay again. Fast and easy checkin and check-out. They allowed us to drop our bags early and leave them after we checked out. Very large room (Italian hotel rooms are usually tiny), spacious bathroom. Great location in the middle of all the action. Well priced. Great customer service too!

O quarto é enorme, confortável e conta com varias comodidades como poltrona, sofa, muitos armários e um hall privativo com móvel para frigobar e cafe. O banheiro também muito grande, com ducha muito boa e secador profissional (para mulheres isso é muito importante). A recepcionista foi muito atenciosa e ajudou com a mala, visto que meu quarto ficava no 4 o andar e o elevador estava quebrado. A recepção não fica no térreo e sim no 1o andar. O hotel é muito bem localizado, fica no centro histórico, perto do Arena, casa de Julieta e a janela do meu quarto dava vista para a via Giuseppe mazzini (rua de compras). Tive uma noite maravilhosa e foi o melhor quarto de hotel desta minha viagem onde fiquei em 9 hotéis.

The entire team were amazing .. so very personable ! The front desk with Cristina and Adriana were wonderful and kept us informed . They were so accommodating it made our stay such a positively Memorable experience … we went with another couple and they felt exactly the same way ..even our breakfast in the room was made special !! well done team Escalus !!

We spent 2 nights at the Escalus Luxury Suites, our stay was amazing. The room was super comfortable, with high end furniture and bedding, and the staff was super pleasant and attentive. In addition, the location is great to reach everything in the città antica. I recommend!

Probably one of the best properties I’ve stayed at internationally. The room was large, with a family room, dining area and bedroom. The in house breakfast experience was like royalty. They enter your room at your selected time, set your dining table and serve the breakfast you requested. Amazing!! The front desk was very nice and multilingual. They have reasonable laundry service available. WiFi was fast and included. The luggage aids were very helpful. This hotel was in a perfect location to walk anywhere in Verona. A very short walk to the opera arena. There are a large variety of food options and bars nearby. The train station is about 20 minutes walking. A scenic walk so it goes by quickly. I did not have a vehicle, so cannot remark on parking. I don’t believe there was a swimming pool. Either way, I highly recommend this hotel. Upon my return to Verona, I will definitely return here.
