If you aren't looking for a glitzy hotel, this tiny hotel is just what you need to discover Naples. Since it is conveniently close to the Toledo street, you can stroll most of the way, and the rooms are pleasant and clean. Just around the corner, you can grab an Italian breakfast. The rooms' cost is fairly fair. Expect not to see a fancy lobby or a hot shower, but these are minor criticisms.

The room was lovely aircorn, wifi, great central location, etc. Sadly there was no breakfast provided despite calling itself a provisional option. We eventually bought a few bits and pieces from a carrefour around the corner and kept them in a shared minifridge in the hallway. Under these circumstances, we would have preferred a minifridge in the room for the storage of breakfast items, chilled water, and so on. As has been suggested in previous evaluations, the location is locked up like Fort Knox, so we had to use 4 keys to enter our room through the building's front door! very secure, but it is a bit of a pain after a few drinks.

The hotel or I without breakfast is located on the second level of an office building near the municipal metro station. From morning to evening there is a receptionist who controls access to the building after 7 i. I. To enter the structure, you must use one of the four keys you get. There are many restaurants and two supermarkets conrad and carrefour express in the nearby streets. My double room no. 6 was adequate in size. The bathroom was quite large. The room was clean and had everything I needed, a minibar, a large flyscreen for even a few fathers, despite the fact I didn't use them though, air conditioning and free WiFi of good quality. The building's central and adequate location made me wouldn't recommend running around napalm alone at night, and I would not consider most areas to be safe! Should I visit Naples again, I will most surely book domes municipal again.

This property is therefore very close to the piazza municipal and is close to San Gato. When we arrived a little late than the usual checkin time, a lovely man at the reception gave us a nice place to store our luggage. This is the road where this I hotel is located. The main shopping district is very close to Toledo, as are many restaurantspizzerias that offer delicious food at a reasonable price. The structure in which this hotel is is very safe and secure, and only residents can open it at night. The room was cozy, tidy, and comfy. The bathroom was tidy and comfortable for two people. The room had a mirror cupboard, a minibar, a flat screen, and a lovely balcony with tables. Even though it was a weekend, there was no street noise in the room. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would recommend and stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel for our last two nights in Naples and I must say it was a lovely hotel. Check in was good and the young man at the front desk was very helpful. The rooms are nicely done and the view is interesting to sit out on the balcony and watch the world go by. The bed was comfortable and the blinds allow you to keep the room dark even with the Italian sun. The down side. really very few drawbacks. We did, however, put our scooter in the garage overnight as suggested by the hotel, but we were not told that it would cost us euros per night until we came to check out. So the taxi driver walked around from rank at 8. 50 less than 1 minute walk away, I explained that this was too early and tried to offer a couple of euros in compensation. The taxi driver himself wouldn't speak to me and did not want to engage in conversation. We went upstairs to pack fast and came down at 9. 10 much rushed. We met the hotel receptionist in the lobby who informed us that the taxi driver would not wait and had gone. We chose to get another at am. When we came down to check out, the receptionist informed us that he had given the taxi driver 5 euros and that we were supposed to pay. I think this is very excessive, especially as the taxi driver refused to talk to me or even try to engage, and the second was that this compensation was

Voyage en Mai 2019 cadeau d'anniversaire pour ma mère et son conjoint : Le vol ayant eu deux heures de retard plus personne n'était à l'hôtel lors de leur arrivée. Heureusement le monsieur de l'épicerie d'à côté a pu téléphoner pour le faire venir. Quand enfin le réceptionniste est là, ils apprennent que la chambre n'est pas dispo, donc il leur en donne une autre qui reste et qui donne sur la rue, une nuit juste horrible. Le lendemain il les change de chambre...ouf... Pour finir des travaux dans la semaine dans une chambre à coté ont fait que leur toilettes sont bouchées et ils ont dû se débrouiller seuls.. Le plus regrettable dans tout cela c'est que je fais toute mes réservation par hôtel.com et je les ai tout de suite contacté par mail suite à tous ces problèmes, car quand même responsable de ma réservation passée en Décembre, et je n'ai jamais eu de réponses malgré mes relances. Très mauvais service client
