Great experience! Location is very close to airport and pickup at airport was a bonus. Host was friendly and offered dinner recommendations and how to get to old Venice. Unit was super clean, AC worked well, and beds were comfortable. Easy to get to bus line. Private parking also available. Would definitely stay here again.

My friend and I had an incredibly excellent experience at this sweet little, conveniently located to the airport hotel. We finished a cruise and decided to stay one extra day to explore Venice. The hotel host was amazing and helped us out with the bus as well as a taxi getting back to the airport. Our room was clean, crisp and wonderful. Highly recommend.

We stayed here 1 night after a late flight arrival to Venice. Despite arriving after midnight we were able to check-in by completing self check in prior to arrival and being provided with codes for entry to accommodation and room. The process was very easy and communication excellent. Room for 4 people (2 children) was very large, air conditioned and very clean. We walked from the airport. The walk too just under 15 minutes. Directions were provided by the hotel. There were no taxis available. If we had pre-booked it may have been different. All in all this place was excellent when it come to quality of accommodation, proximity to the airport and communication by staff

Air conditioner was nice and cold and automatically turns off when it detects the front door open. And upon check-in we were offered transportation arrangements via taxi scheduled to the airport the next day. PS. It was significantly cheaper than ordering via app (Uber).

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful with informations. Well located with good bus connections into Venice and airport. Room aircon was excellent . Water pressure for bathing could be better. Safe environment and quite atmosphere.

A really nice boutique hotel right near the Venice Airport. I had a late check in that went flawlessly. The room was clean, the shower was divine. If I’m ever back I will stay there again. Laura I think is the owner and she did everything to make me feel welcome and valued as a guest.

We only stayed one night after our cruise as we were flying out early the next morning. Very friendly and helpful check in staff. Great place so close to the airport the driver they booked for us charged us 25 euro for a five minute ride which was ridiculous but nothing to do with the property

I arrived at the airport around 6.30 pm The walk to the hotel is very easy, around 900m Very doable unless you have a lot of luggage I had only a trolley and a backpack . I went into my room with the code provided by the hotel. The instructions to check in were very clear and easy to follow. I walked few minutes to the restaurant recommended by the hotel, I had a wonderful plate of grilled fish, In the morning I had breakfast at the coffe shop across the street ( there is a breakfast option for €5,50 but I wanted to walk around) and bought a ticket for the bus to go to Venice €1.50 ( thanks to the suggestion from the hotel manager) I strongly recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Venice and you don’t mind taking the bus 20-30 min max Super convenient for the night before your flight especially if you have a early morning flight

A lovely, spacious and clean room with a tasteful modern en suite bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the location was excellent, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby and extremely close to Venice Marco Polo Airport. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the two-night stay was very reasonably priced. Very nice to have the elevator so we didn’t have to carry luggage up two floors! Great to have seating on the balcony outside our door. The only thing that would have made the stay even more enjoyable would have been a kettle in the room for tea or coffee. Otherwise, this was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay and I would happily recommend it.

The property surpasses the description! I would call this a nouveau boutique hotel ! Ultra modern. Stellar location. On the major bus line to and from airport. Only 500 m away is the airport. Close to cafe, bar, gelato and wonderful restaurant recommended by the owner. Lovely garden area to sit in and enjoy a bottle of wine. The price was extremely reasonable ! The experience we had was beyond what we expected. Terrific value for the money!!! Highly recommended!
