Where do I even begin. We came from California and had a 22 hour travel day and got to the property and waited for a response for 2 hours in order to check in the property was unresponsive and we have a 4 year old and she was exhausted needing a nice clean bed to sleep in. Finally someone who lived in the building was able to let us in the main door. However this did not solve the issue of not being able to get into our apartment. We waited till after 9pm until we got a response which was conveniently the time the host would be able to charge us for a late fee. When we finally received a response we still were not given the lock box code to get into the building when we finally got in we found a very dirty place inside. The bed was dirty (the sheets) the washer that was promised in the listing has mold inside of it, the main shower because there are two and only one of them you can use also had mold and we had to take the towels and our clothes to a laundry mat. I couldn’t recommend less.
