This hotel is highly recommended. Extremely friendly staff, superb location, clean and tidy. Wi-Fi is good. Our only complaint was that there were noisy teenage neighbors next door, but this is the bottom line.

First of all, I didn't reserve my room at this hotel, but at the Britannian. When I arrived, I was told there were no rooms available and they were going to make me stay at this hotel which I will review. I wasn't upset by this news because I read an assessment on TripAdvisor and a guest had the same experience, so I wasn't surprised. Actually, the hotel where I was taken was even closer to the beach, so to me it was even better. I took advantage of a great offer and did not spend the full 40 euros per night. This hotel is not a luxury hotel or a design hotel. Yes, it has been renovated, but the furnishings appear relatively cheap. When I arrived there, I noticed a strange smell of alcohol, which I believe is the detergent they use to clean up. This is nothing bad. Just a side note. If you are used to new and shiny furnishings, this hotel is not for you. The room was pristine, very bright, and peaceful. The entire food was industrial. Even worse, it was low quality food. Fruit juices like ace and pineapple were simply too sugary. They had a cardboard texture and didn't taste lovely. Furthermore, there was no variety, with just salami and other cold cuts, no cheese, and white yoghurt only. Overall, I think I would recommend this hotel.

The location is good and close to the beach, and also the breakfast served is good and the rooms are comfortable. The employees of this place make this place the best choice for a reminder. There is nothing to complain about, so thank you, Maria.

The hotel is in a very good area, very near to the beach. The room is spacious and clean, the food and the staff are good. It's well worth it. Maria Grazie!.

Very good hotel conditions and low price. Service is always smiles and helps with odd problems. Nice area, close to sea. The best breakfast I've had in Italy and there's a huge football peach in front of the hotel for football fans I.

Останавливалась в этом отеле с 29.08.22 по 09.09.2022. вместе с сыном. Когда бронировала этот номер на вашем сайте, то в предложении было указано, что номер-студия с 2-мя комнатами, мини-кухней и завтраками. По факту оказалось, что это одна комната с большой террасой. Мини-кухня сначала была закрыта, и хозяйка требовала дополнительную плату за ее пользование в размере 15 евро за день. Я возмутилась и сказала, что ничего платить не буду. Через 2 дня мне открыли мини-кухню. Завтраков никаких там не было. В тот же день я обращалась к вам в службу поддержки, но ответа так и не получила. Сам отель очень старый с ужасным запахом сырости и старья. Расположен он в очень хорошем месте. Вдали от шумных баров, но в тоже время недалеко от самого центра и пляжа. Мы жили в комнате № 411 и наши окна выходили на костел. Вид очень красивый, но часы, которые бомкают каждый час с 8.00 до 20.00 иногда напрягали, особенно по утрам. Рядом маленькая кафешка с недорогими мини-пиццами (очень вкусными), через дорогу отличная кафешка со свежей выпечкой и кофе. Персонал, который там работает - люди очень хорошие и отзывчивые. В первый вечер, когда у меня не работал телевизор и холодильник, тут же пришли и все включили. Телевизор, как оказалась, был абсолютно бесполезный т.к. на нем шли только каналы на итальянском языке. Отдельное спасибо Людмиле. Она, к нашему счастью, говорила на русском и по-максимуму пыталась нам помочь во всем. WiFi работал отлично. Уборка была каждый день. Полотенца старые.

Esperienza pessima, qualche giorni prima chiamo in struttura per saldare tramite bonifico, mi dicono che mi hanno cambiato hotel, a 300 mt di distanza e non vicino al mare. Dico che non mi va bene, ma loro confermano il cambio di struttura presso Hotel Bristol, così per non perdere caparra e dato che sotto ferragosto non ho trovato altro in zona, ho dovuto prenderla. Mi spiace, ma assolutamente scarso tutto, non da 3 stelle, NON consiglio vivamente.
