House of Sun, beach 400m + free parking, Albenga

SMOKING POLICY:
- The entire property (except the balcony) is NO SMOKING - NO SMOKING.
- Smoking is strictly forbidden inside, even with open windows or near the windows.
- The house is equipped with smoke detectors.
- Violation of the NO SMOKING policy will result in penalties.

Parking lots:
- In the street is available free parking white stripes unguarded. The street is normally quiet.
- Within the condominium is available 1 free parking white stripes, accessible only to residents and guests by code, not guarded.

OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION:
- 1 small pet allowed.
- Bed linen and towels included for the number of guests reported.
- Welcome kit provided.
- Online check-in: Mandatory for all guests, with possible payment of the tourist tax:
From 01 April to 31 October, the city tax of €1/guest per day will be applied for a maximum of 5 days;
The amount will be requested via the online check-in link.

The Host may give you the option to postpone your check-out by a few hours,
if this does not happen, respect the standard check-out time, which is 10:00 in the morning.

If you do not respect this rule and keep the cleaning company longer than necessary, you may incur a surcharge.

I kindly ask you to close all the windows and lock the entrance door when you leave the accommodation.

Cleaning is always done by the cleaning company, but I ask you to respect the apartment, the furniture and the furnishings, thank you.

Only small pets are allowed at "Casa del Sole".

Please, do not store food in the bedroom.

Before checking out, I kindly ask you to check that you have not left anything in the refrigerator, and to turn on the dishwasher with the dirty dishes, thank you. The capsules and rinse aid are under the sink in the kitchen, it will not take long :) .

Recycling is a civic duty of every citizen, you can dispose of it in the bins in front of your house:)
