Se cercate un posto rilassante, curato e pulito questa è la struttura giusta. Un angolo di paradiso con un bel panorama con piscina. L’appartamento è ben arredato. C’erano 2 tv e 2 split ( uno in soggiorno e uno in camera) e un bagno spazioso. Tra gli ulivi ci sono giochi per bambini. C’è anche un barbecue dove farsi delle buone grigliate. La struttura è come si vede nelle foto del sito e i gestori sono disponibili e simpatici sempre pronti a rispondere alle richieste. Siamo andati con i nostri cani che al momento di partire non volevano salire in macchina. È stata una vacanza perfetta. Unica nota negativa: dover tornare a casa. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

We were 14 people, who all lived in a separate apartment, and we had a great time. It was in a clean and beautiful setting. Silvia is caring for her guests. This is a nice, quiet place to relax and plan your routes to your places of interest.

When we were 5 families, 20 people lived at Villa Il Guarding Deal Live in the summer of 2018. We were 5 families, 20 people and 10 children, 814 years old. This has been a great time there, great location, great weather, great location. We looked for a house that was family friendly and great for kids, with an outdoor pool and in a small bit of the middle of nowhere, at least far away from large cities. The distance to the beach was not essential because we were traveling by cars so it was easy for us to drive everywhere. Silvia has been a fantastic host, very helpful with booking and pre-arrival arrangements and support mostly online whenever needed. She lives very close, so it was helpful with anything, even buying very fresh tomatoes from their private garden. The house is great, with separate entrances to each apartment, the rooms very clear, all airconditioned, which is essential during summer. There is plenty of space outside for enjoying time with friends, and there is a special pizza stone oven that appeared to be the first to use it for a long time. I would recommend renting this house as a whole with maximum 20 people. Kids who can sleep together in one or two apartments, adults can sleep in master bedrooms. Im not sure if renting only one app. And having others is a good solution, but privacy is still acceptable. We will certainly return to Silvia one day. Thanks

I did not write a review before because I couldn't find it searching for vacation rental which was more correct than a hotel. We stayed here, and although the location is somewhat remote, it melts your heart. Beautiful countryside apartments well-kept and with excellent air conditioning. spacy home with a nice pool and a place to unwind and play. The proprietors are very friendly and enjoy the area and are happy to advise you on locations. Although distances are short, drive times can easily exceed an hour. You'll love it if you want italy without the tourist and enjoy delicious food in a relaxing location. We return this year because we enjoyed being there even though a beach is 45 minutes away. a big part of the attraction is the calm atmosphere.

It was amazing. There are many options for dining in the surrounding area. The proprietors who lived directly next door were amazing, friendly, and ready to respond as soon as a request was made. The stunning Grotto di Frasassi, one of Europe's biggest caves, is one of the must-sees in the area. It is a very peaceful and relaxing environment, exactly what we needed for our large family of 18 years of age. It is a fantastic place because it is in the middle of the march's hills and close to the artistic town of Macerated, which is only an hour's drive away. The beautiful Grotto di Frasassi is one of the largest caves in Europe, and the location suited to reach numerous sites within an hour drive. It is a very calm and soothing atmosphere, just what we needed for our extended family of 18 years old to years. Every family has their own apartment, which is fully equipped and has air conditioning, which is a huge advantage because it can get really hot during the summer. The swimming area is functional and refreshing, and there is also a small one with a jacuzzi. There is a small play area for kids, where you may play boules and foosball, enjoy lovely walks through the lovely hills, and take in breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Wifi is high-quality and free. In august 2015, there were 27 people living on this lovely farm. We went there with family and friends to commemorate our wedding anniversary. And there was no better location to choose from. The environment is stunning. The flats are clean and beautiful, with everything you need right there. Both inside the apartment and outside in the yard, there is plenty of space. There is a small playground. And a lovely little pool area with sun loungers and parasols. We loved that we could all sit at the large dinner table. It was outdoors but under the roof in the service building. which we really liked in the evenings. The playground was outdoor but under the roof of the service building. We loved that there was a foosball game. The landlady and her son were extremely helpful and quickly resolved all the minor issues. They also assisted us in order to order meat, sausage and cheese from a local farmer. They also have a selection of wines that they sell on the farm. The nearest vineyard, where you can buy wine or if you want to do as the Italians and refill a wine container with self-chosen wine, is only five minutes away from the house. The only negative aspect I can say is that the wifi did not work. It is near several cities, yet it is unquestionably among the beautiful fields. You will not regret choosing to return to this incredible spot.
