Great location to the main tourist attractions. Easily walkable to shopping, the two towers and other museums and churches as well as great food spots. The WiFi went out at one point but they were able to come and fix it right away. Chiara was super friendly and communicative. Would stay again.

The apartment was very secure, spacious and well kept. The facilities were great with plenty of space and the air con keeps things nice and cool. It is only a 20 minute taxi journey from the airport which is ideal and Ide was very responsive, friendly and helpful when it came to checking in. Its located in a great spot which is walking distance to most of the main attractions in the city. I would highly reccomend if you are staying in Bologna!

Great apartment in wonderful location. Only issue is shower door was missing a seal and we had to find a way not to flood bathroom but management said they are adressing. That's the only reason i did not give the property condition 5 stars. In Bologna during a heatwave and air conditioning was completely sufficient for us. If it has been off for a while it will take a few hours to cool down. We were met at check in and were able to walk-through keys, all the wifi and electronics and hvac controls which was really nice. Great communication from the management, though having to upload alot of info 48 hours before your stay was a little stressful. If you could do this earlier it would be better. They were having some server issues and we were travelling at that point, so for last minute stress it would have been much better for this to happen right after booking.

Ótima localização, com mercados, bares e restaurantes e pricipais atrações próximos. Teria dado uma nota melhor para o apartamento se não fosse o banheiro de cima, que alaga a cada banho e, ainda pior, não tem porta para oferecer a privacidade necessária. Foi uma surpresa desagradável. De resto, tudo ótimo.

Good location. Clean apartment. Seal in the shower not so great so water leaks out. Also no door in the bathroom upstairs. Otherwise great space.

Think twice about staying here!! I had no hot water for nearly 24 hrs and my sink was clogged, and the property managers were NOT responsive to my calls (ignored) and texts (responded only after hours). It's a good deal but was a headache. If you stay, make sure you have earplugs (it's very loud!) and that the person who checks you in does a full check on sinks and hot water (and gas, if you plan on cooking -- this was also off but I figured it out). This is more of a self-service situation, which is OK given the price.

YOU HAVE BETTER OPTIONS. Check in process 2/5. I was not given accurate info on the water heater which I had to figure out myself at night. Wifi was down upon check in. When it was back up I was using the credentials they sent me to access the wifi and it was not accurate. Cleanliness of the flat 2/5. The floors were scuffed, the furniture smelled like body odor and the fridge smelled like vomit. They only had 2 pillows on the bed so I asked if I could get more and the answer was the owner does not provide it. I asked if I could get more shampoo/body wash and the answer was no. The biggest deal breaker is the shower. There is a reason why they don't show you a picture of the shower. It is tiny. I don't remember the last time I showered in a tiny shower like that. I kept banging my elbows. And it leaks so you better put some towels down or you might flood the property and they will blame you. Hallways are dark almost creepy and there is a switch for the lights but nobody showed us. Before check out I was sent a message to throw the trash and properly clean the property or we will be charged a cleaning fee. This was my first time booking with Expedia and it will be my last. If you read this far, heed my warning. Find something else. You have better options in Bologna. This stay was a total disappointment.
