This is a slightly older 5-star luxury hotel but it makes up for it with its central location, top-notch service, and excellent cuisine. We had a large buffet breakfast and friendly staff throughout. We also had a delicious dinner at the Japanese restaurant on the hard floor. I'd especially like to thank Joy Moon from the receptionconcierge for putting in the necessary paperwork to print out. I appreciate it too.

This hotel is a little antiquated and needs a lot of maintenance. This hotel is beautifully maintained, however, and the personnel is outstanding. During our fourday stay, we frequently encountered Joy Moon. We were made to feel quite welcome by her warmth and hospitable. When she saw us in the foyer each day, she greeted us and chatted with us, and she tried to help us purchase to tickets only to encounter difficulties because the site did not accept foreign credit cards. Another service employee, Lee jaw, was also extremely helpful and went above and above to assist us in purchasing to tickets firmly in the end. Obviously, these two employees made our stay in Busan enjoyable. The restrooms, particularly the rooms, exhibit signs of wear. The restroom and shower appear to have been replaced recently, and they functioned perfectly. But the combination of shower and bathtub puts the room to its former glory. The power outlets were sat too far away from the desk, which caused us to have some trouble using our travel adapter. Having said that, the room is spotless and tidy. Kudos to housekeeping as they really take their job seriously and take away any dated fixtures with their outstanding work. It would be helpful to note that they only accept checking from rp sharp. You get a quicker queue number, which only helps if you arrive earlier. The location of this hotel

Jaringan hotel lotte memang sangat populer di Korea Selatan dan akhirnya saya mencoba lotte hotel di Busan. Terletak di kawasan perbelanjaan dan terhubung dengan lotte duty free. Jaringan hotel Lotte menawarkan suasana dan kenyamanan yang seragam dengan lote hotel seoul atau jeju. Hotel relatif baru dan perabotannya masih terawat dengan bersih. Pemandangan dari sisi kamar menunjukkan gedunggedung di busan dan jembatan serta laut dari sisi jauh. Sarapan cukup lengkap dengan menu western maupun lokal. Menariknya, saya melihat menu halal paling banyak direstoran ini. Sejauh ini hotel mewah standar dan mungkin akan mudah dilupakan.

I've been staying at Busan lotte Hotel for the past six years. The hotel reception staff is polite and hospitable, and they always smile. The hard floor employees are the best part of this hotel. The hard floor employees and managers provide excellent service with a personal touch. I stayed at the hard floor lounge on Christmas Eve this year. The staff decorated the lounge with many Christmas ornaments. I also have the opportunity to stay at other hotels, but the hard floor employees make me keep returning.

Heating wasn’t working but got intouch with company and it was sorted straight away. Communication was great with hosts. Drain in shower was blocked and wouldn’t drain so had to unclog it to work but not an issue. Sofa bed was quite uncomfortable with a dip in the middle but had extra duvets to help with that. Everything included in the accommodation with what you would need for a short stay. Overall happy with the accommodation.
