Good location, close to restaurants and ferry. Room was ok, fridge was not working. Small room with small balcony to backyard.

This apartment is down a very grubby, dark alley. That would be ok if there was a clean and welcoming accommodation at the end. But no! We had ongoing issues with the toilet flush and had to pour buckets of water down the toilet, this was eventually semi resolved but continued to stop working intermittently. Parts of the apartment were very dirty, inside shower, outside shower behind sink and on walls and corners of rooms. Blinds missing from windows, handle missing from cupboard and lid missing from kettle making it dangerous to use. Thank goodness we were only there 3 nights, we were so glad to leave. Awful!

Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.Due to the ongoing energy crisis, the following rules apply to all properties in Italy:Guests are obliged by Italian law to follow the rules regarding rubbish collection and recycling. The schedule is different for each city, and guests can find written instructions on the property.Guests are obliged by Italian law to provide identification and pay the city tax before check-in. JOIVY will not provide access if the online check-in form is not completed or the city tax is not paid.The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted.
