Gorgeous apartment in a vibrant area. Plenty of restaurants, bars and a great market nearby. Loved it. Trams outside were a bit noisy but we were only there for 3 nights so not a great problem.

Property lacks few items - no paper towel available, only 2 small rolls of toilet paper was available, and no extra towels available once the towels were used (remember we were 5 people in a week of stay)

Stedet ligge rigtig godt, men kvaliteten af stedet er rigtig dårligt, det lugter og det larmer RIGTIG meget for sporvogne! Dårlige senge, meget slidt!

-They demand payment of city tax in advance but do not provide any payment receipt. When questioning they say that only at the checkout they will send it. Basic rule uses to be that the receipt has to be provided as soon as a payment is made. Im still waiting for it.... -Extremely noise apartment. Tram passing all night, loud bars in front, tables and chairs beeing dragged when closing the bars. No way to have a restfull night at all. -There is no responsible person to talk to, only company call center. - Early check-in was refused, even offering to pay a day use. -Entrance to the building is badly explained by e-mail. -They do not inform in the site about the lack of accessibility, no elevator for elderly or disabled. -Really ugly entrance, all under construction and need to step over construction material. -They call themselves as Bed&Breakfast but no Breakfast available. -No housekeeping, which is ok as long as informed in the site. -At the first glance it´s clean, but very dirty in the details, for example the drawers and the air conditioning -Air conditioning does not cool and water is dripping into the room, probably due to lack of cleaning and maintenance. -There is a lack of basic kitchen utensils: dishcloth, sink cloth, sponge, broom, floor cloth, detergent, wine glasses, toaster, coffee spoons, salt etc -Basic treats would show the concern with guests, such as leaving a bottle of water and 2 Nespresso capsules for example since there is a Nespresso machine.
