The apartment was amazing, we stayed with three adults two kids, the rooms were big, modern, clean, excellent location. I saw some reviews that were negative on google post booking and I was a little worried but I didn’t need to be. Would come back if I was in Rome again.

La habitación es amplia y limpia, muy agradable y ubicada a solo unos 5 minutos caminando al Coliseo , alrededor hay buenos restaurantes a precios aceptables. Volvería a hospedarme y la recomiendo ampliamente. Solo como sugerencia las instrucciones de entrada indican colocar pick up para recoger tu llave y después de 10 minutos de intentarlo y comunicarnos nos dijeron colocar drop-off, fue confuso y generó un poco de stress a la llegada, pueden mejorar en las indicaciones de llegada. Para huéspedes de América deben considerar poner más de un rollo de papel higiénico porque nosotros no usamos el Bidet. Consideren dejar plancha y tabla de planchar en las habitaciones.

Great room, fast and easy self-check-in. You need to go online and submit your passports and stuff though - thats key to fast checkin and getting the codes.

Me encantó todo el lugar limpio y bien hermoso bien cerca de el Coliseo de Roma. Muchos restaurantes amé este lugar el único problema que tuve es que no me enviaron las instrucciones de cómo entrar a el lugar y tuve que comunicarme con expedía porque nunca me contestaron mis mensaje expedía estuvo conmigo hasta que me resolvieron lo demás le doy un 1000/100

Could not find anyone to help. Needed additional towels and blankets. The second bathroom toilet was difficult to work. Convenient location. Great hello shop very close. Must see St Peter in Chains church with Moses by Michelangelo

Die Unterkunft hat die perfekte Lage, nahe vom Kolosseum und direkt neben der Metro, ausserdem ist direkt daneben ein elite Supermarkt mit toller Auswahl an der Frischetheke. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation über die Webseite ist eine Katastrophe, man bekommt keine Antwort!

Communication was fast and we requested early check in but they said NO. Understood. When I asked for property access details night before and got response saying they will provide few hours before check in. We didn’t get anything about property access and we were waiting at building to get access! Never seen anyone doesn’t provide access details before 24 hours!we had to ask cleaners to get someone to help us.

The location was very good for being close to the colloseum, roman forum and subway. The rooms were very spacious. Checking in was annoying as there was no communication about how to check in or what the process would be so we arrived in Rome still uncertain about how we'd actually check in. On the day they communicated details would be sent at 3pm for how to check in. 3 pm came and we still weren't provided with any information. I ended up getting into property when someone else opened the door and I tracked someone down - this was very poor. The place was generally quite clean, but there was dust on shelves, cups etc I would generally expect more basic amenities for accommodation of this style, eg there was no chopping board, no good knives and many other basic things for preparing food. Likewise, there's often some basic condiments (salt, pepper etc ) in this type of option which were lacking.

Beautiful unit in Rome in an excellent location just a few blocks from the Colosseum very nicely appointed and very large. It has a working kitchen but no toaster. Important this is not a guesthouse. These are short-term rental units and even though in the booking it says that everything is supplied they only give you one towel each and one hand towel one dish cloth one small sponge and one J cloth and a tiny little dish soap. If you were staying more than a few days like us (we stayed. Week) they expect you to buy everything, even dish towels and dishwasher detergent garbage bags , everything,You are on your own . No service whatsoever, and we were not prepared for it . I asked for extra towels and I was informed it was €10 for the towels. Although the building manager was very nice and helpful there wasn't much she could do to assist us .There was only two pillows I had to go and ask for more pillows and it seemed to be a big deal she had to go and get them and said she had to ask the cleaning staff for anything else we needed, like the towels or toilet paper . Our internet was out on the television, and I called the help number and was informed that they would try but there wasn't anybody there and I ran in to the maintenance man so he helped us.out . If you are in the position to bring everything with you and don't need anything from guest services or have everything it's you it's great. And checkout is 10am which is ridiculous to me.
