Tres bien , proche de tout , la climatisation a été super intéressante en cette période de forte chaleur, les seuls écueils , un nombre de rouleau de papier toilettes limité à 2 et l'impossibilité de communiquer en francais. Sinon super pour tout le reste.

Das Appartement ist sehr schön. Zu bemerken ist nur, dass der Lift an einem Tag blockiert war und in der Dusche ein Griff fehlte für den Wechsel der Regendusche zur Brause. Ansonsten können wir das Appartement sehr empfehlen.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom was a bit dirty with lots of black mold in the shower, a shower head that didn’t work. The kitchen wasn’t as useful as we hoped. There was a big crack down the stovetop and it was induction stovetop but this was not mentioned anywhere (we eventually figured it out. Overall, it was a nice and spacious place for a family of 4 but not super well cared for, and not enough instructions for new comers to figure out how things worked (eg stovetop or windows). Location was close to nice restaurants and walking distance to Duomo.

Very disappointed with the communication. When you send a message, you get a response from different people and end up with the issue never addressed. It was hot during our stay. We couldn’t figure out the thermostat to turn on the AC. I messaged from the night we arrived for instructions or maybe for someone to take a look at it, I got different responses for 3 days and finally I was told that the “air conditioning was not part of my amenities’. Another issue was the window shutters that we couldn’t close. There were big windows with no curtains or blinds but had shutters that you can’t close. Again, I asked how you can close them, from our first night. I was told there was a button on the wall to close, which I couldn’t find. After 3 days of messages back and forth, finally I was told that the windows were as pictured on the website, no curtains, no shutters. So we endured the heat, and sunlight through the windows early morning. So frustrating. Place was nice and clean but with the poor customer service, I will never return or recommend.

Good location and ok condition, but no way to get extra duvets and pillows if you want it. We were 4 people and not all people are ok sleeping under the same duvet… Assume you have to take the place ‘as is’ and then you’ll be fine.
