The hotel was a great value and in a great location. I think you should double check if it's a B&B before you travel.

Wonderful room with a view , clean and very comfortable beds, plenty of space. The staff was kind. Hôtel location is great, not in main busy tourist area and near great food and coffee.

The reception staff were very accommodating, kind and helpful with local suggestions and directions. The location was great for walking to all parts of the city from and the neighbourhood has great shops, bars and restaurants that are out of the main tourist area. I may not have had a great view but it was a great home base to go out and experience and enjoy all the city has to offer! I had a lot of fun and enjoyed the live late night entertainment in the bar across the street as well.

Great location in Oltrarno; clean, comfortable and well-appointed room; helpful and responsive staff. Ask for restaurant recommendations, they won’t disappoint.

Recomiendo este hospedaje, habitación limpia y amplia, bien ubicado, restaurantes en los alrededores, a pocos minutos caminando de los sitios turísticos. Zona tranquila dentro del área antigua Me encantó

The staff and accommodations are excellent! Very close to the heart of all that is Florence (nothing farther than 10-15 mins walk) with lovely small cafes and trattorias right outside the front door. The room was clean and very spacious. We will definitely be returning to this place on our next visit to magical Florence! A big thank-you to Roxy and Fredrica who made us feel right at home and were there for any needs or questions we had! Excellent service!

Staff were very welcoming and accommodated an early check in after our arrival from Rome. Hotel was centrally located, room was nice enough and exactly what we needed. Bed was comfortable, and had a few good nights sleep. Power sockets were a slight issue, having to charge my phone in the bathroom was less than ideal! Would recommend!
