Very close to the Vatican and plenty of shops and restaurants around the area. The hotel management were very helpful as well.

Idéalement placé et très bon accueil. David est hyperactif. Les seuls bémols: notre chambre était très petite pour 3. Rien est prévu dans la salle de bain pour accrocher les serviettes. Et le petit déjeuner n est pas réapprovisionné donc il faut se lever dans les premiers… Mais bon rapport qualité prix

There’s no reception and nobody onsite when you check-in, there’s no information on how to check-in, not even on how to get into the property, nothing. You arrive to the address to find a locked door, messages via the booking platform are not replied, we called the number on the booking and were asked to send a message on WhatsApp. Then the check-in finally happened with someone opening the door remotely. Some prior information on check-in process would be greatly appreciated, so that you’re not left in the middle of the city trying to get through a locked door of the accommodation that you paid for in advance. The room is very basic, no even bedside tables, no chairs or anywhere else to sit on except for the bed, the bathroom is tiny with a broken towel holder and so nowhere to even put a towel in the bathroom. The wall behind the rubbish bin was dirty, covered in splashes, the window didn’t close properly leaving a big gap, although this was fixed for our second night when brought up with the staff. The bed was clean, bed made daily, mattress hard but manageable. No coffee in the room, only tea, so had to use the coffee machine in the hallway, it was tricky to put on, but the 18 yo managed after a while of trying. Breakfast is very basic, a few packed croissants, coffee, packs of cornflakes and a mini fridge with a couple of juices and milk. The location is great for Vatican, but not the rest. 3 overall but only because the staff is nice, otherwise would be 2.

There was no bed as advertised. It was a pull out sofa bed. Very uncomfortable. The arrival video came well after we arrived. And we never did get the breakfast video as promised. The room for the most part seemed recently renovated. The floating shelf in the bathroom was sloped and fell off the wall. The room also housed the room service attendants closet. Only accessible from our room. Fortunately we were up and showered when we had to leave. We loved the location.

la stanza non era come in foto. vi allego la foto. ci sono diverse camere e mettono la foto di quella più bella. ovviamente di questo disastro non hanno messo la foto.anzichè un letto, c'era un divano letto!!! tutto fatto un po' all'incirca, chiodi sui muri, mancano le mascherine sulle prese, manca la maniglia del baglo (!!) colazioni da fare in corridoio, mancavano anche le capsule del caffè, siamo rimasti senza acqua calda la prima sera e anche la mattina dopo niente doccia... Volevo ricevere il rimborso e cambiare la struttura ma il titolare non lo accettava. dopo 3 ore chiusa in camera in vacanza siamo riusciti ad avere il rimborso da hotel.com. Purtroppo non sono stati onesti. Meglio andare in albergo e avere un referente, anzichè avere a che fare con la gente che si imropvvisa a fare gli albergatori. Disastro totale.
