It should be improved. I am very very happy with this hotel. The staff is lovely and pleasant. Their breakfast is tasty, with lots of buffet favorites.

Spacious and clean rooms and bathrooms too. Very comfortable bed that provides excellent sleep quality. Close to the airport, a little far from the city, but taxis are available in front of the hotel. If your room is in front, it will give you a very nice view of the beach and the sea. Breakfast is good and hearty, the staff is nice and helpful, quick check and check out. Good accommodation for the money you pay.

I recommend this place to you who are looking for a warm welcome by a helpful staff, friendly staff, good breakfast, good location, old furniture and finishings, old and small rooms, overpriced, stayed there for 5 days and was not satisfied. The price is high but not worth it. This place is in a good position, very safe area and very close to the beach. The staff is polite and helpful.

I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last year. The room is adequate but not luxurious. The breakfast is again adequate. I ate in the restaurant for both nights and it was average. The staff is great and always helpful. I have been told there are better places in the area for the same money. The hotel is clean.

The location of the hotel was good for the beach at Hamburg. Perhaps the best deal possible for the hotel's price. Small but tidy rooms. Door to the balcony doesn't lock. The bathroom was surprisingly small for two people. However, the room was cozy and functional. We had a view of the beach and the sunsets were beautiful from that perspective. The balcony had an air conditioning unit, both in our room and the room next door. And the neighboring rooms unit was very loud and rattling while guests were staying there. There was only one restaurant. The meals were terrible. And there was no tour desk or tours available. There appear to be insufficient English-speaking visitors to warrant English-speaking excursions. Therefore, it is necessary to book a taxi or private driver to see any of the attractions.
