I spent a summer week at the splendid with my family and couldn't be happier. The staff was attentive and accommodating to our numerous needs We were a group of 7 families with a total of 13 children, the facilities heated pool, spa, and children's playroom were exactly what we needed, food was very good. The location is great, only a few minutes walking distance from hiking trails, a few lifts to reach the mountains, as well as the village's main square and its activities. Theres also a very nice public playground nearby. Huge advantage for their customer care I forgot my iPad in the room when I left and the following day they shipped it to me.

This is the best experience we've ever had in Europe with hotels. Located on the main road. Property in very good condition. Top-notch service. Everything was perfect. My Filipino is your best friend, you know forever. Due to my schedule problems, I had to change my reservation several times. He made it so simple as possible. Bravo! The room is spacious, comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything you could need. I believe the room is cleaned more frequently than once a day. I was left speechless after the supper experience. It would sound ridiculous if I could comment. I regret not taking the names of everyone who worked there for the dining room staff. Thank you very much. The ski room includes a variety of tools and lockers. With warm air hooks installed in the lockers, our ski boots dried out. The shuttle service from the hotel door to the slopes is quick and efficient. Actually, it was a great surprise for us. We simply had to call francesco or vassily, and they would pick you up from anywhere in the resort in minutes. There is a pleasant pool with water jets, a sauna, and haram in the relaxation area.

We enjoyed our stay and hope to visit this place again in the future. In January 2017, we traveled to the amazing with friends. From the moment we first called the hotel with a reservation request until the end of our stay, Filipino provided us with excellent service. The hotel is very comfortable, spotless, and offers excellent beds and amenities. The dining room's cuisine and service were excellent, with the evening meal's quality particularly high. The waiters and dining room employees were extremely helpful and efficient. Every day, the hotel shuttle took us from the ski slopes and picked us up from the hotel without delay.

Excellent organization from Filipino and Daniela, the staff is warm and well mannered. The food is delicious and follows the recipes of authentic Italian mountains cuisine. Thank you once more for the kindness and all tips to enjoy our stay.
